I currently work for them, I been there for a few years now and I never had any issue with anything. All the staff are very nice and polite and always attentive.

I’ve been receiving home care from various agencies for the past 20 years, and I have never had an experience as frustrating and negative with an agency as LOF. The administration does not care in the slightest bit about client safety or well-being. They have no regard whatsoever for me as a person, which has been made abundantly clear by the nurse manager. I sincerely and truly wish that I had never started to receive care from this agency, They are truly the worst

I work with my grama and we are happy with Lady of Fatima. The have great benefits and matched my pay rate when I transferred from another agency. The girls in the office are so sweet and help me out whenever I need it.

I love working for Lady of Fatima they have excellent customer service and are very understanding. My husband recently passed away and he been working with the same client for years. They gave us no trouble in transferring our client back to me, which is what our client preferred.

Totally dissatisfied, my Friend started with them several months ago and was told shed be getting paid $12.75 per hour and theyve only been paying $11.?? Plus; the fact that a few of her paychecks bounced. Their excuse was that there a data breach at their bank. Well, the banks Stated that it happens quite often to Our Lady of Fatima Services employees, suppliers, credit holders etc... Oh, Why dont they have a system in place to input your time sheets? Why must they submit their hours by mail? It leaves to much room for FRAUD and data entry mistakes

Reply to previous post from Ms. Maureen. Its upsetting to know that there are people out here who are spreading vicious lies about companies that are honestly trying to help people. As an employee of Lady of Fatima of four years, I know first hand that there is no employee that makes $12.75. Not even the office employees make that much. Now as for the bouncing of checks, Lady of Fatima office employees enclosed to the field staff that their bank froze their account without prior authorization due to severe fraudulent activity. Prior to this, Lady of Fatima has never had an issue with checks and I doubt you had the time to contact every bank. It bothers me that there are people out here in the world that lie without knowing all the details.
