I love help at home my intake Rep Armando has been so awesome he payed me what i wanted and i also referred 3 clients to him and received a bonus for each referral if your thinking about coming to this company ask for Armando he will make sure process goes smoothly.

This company is unprofessional and caseworker are very disrespectful. I have been a client here here for over four years. Within the past two years my life have put in jeopardy by a caseworker name Dawn, following her supervisor orders knowing my abuser was standing along side of me. Fast forward a year later this company now is giving the run and refusing to a caregiver money and hours owed. This is ridiculous as if the funds is coming out of their pockets. I would never recommend this company to anyone,, take your love one somewhere else.

Some of your caseworkers are so unreliable and inexperienced, they do not communicate well with their clients and caregivers in a professional, proper and experience way, but yet your company advertise that y’all provide excellent service, false advertisement. And y’all pay is not that great, so many of your caregivers are underpaid. I would suggest that all your caseworkers get the professional training they need in order to fulfill their job responsibilities. Also there is no way any of your clients who need help should be left home alone without the proper care they need.GOD bless and I hope your company will improve your quality of service and that that the caseworkers show better concern and professionalism.

It was alright. At least I could use the paper seat toilet paper. It could be cleaner as well.. Oh and I absolutely think that the bathroom doors ( open with forearm should be on the front doors as well but in quite grateful that they are in the bathroom. Theres been plenty of timesthatIwatched WOMEN... grown ones too) Pee. And Go. ) i like idea but maybe this style should consider putting them on ALL of the doors. No, Im not panhandling, Im waiting for someone else to open the entrance door...

Run, dont walk from this company. Ive been with this company as a client for SIX weeks. I asked repeatedly for someone to help my current aid who is expected to work 16 hours a day!

It’s been a pleasure working with excel, I love the company & plan on staying . I don’t really have experience with getting to know anyone in the office. It is kind of hard reaching you but overall this by far has been my favorite company. I plan on getting more hours now that my client has found a family member to stay & care for needs. Excel gets weekly pay, I just download the app I like how it’s scheduled out for you , I have work at many agencies you won’t be disappointed here .

I been with the company for a year After asking for a year to get my paystubs it finally happened! Therebis an app to clock in and out 3/4 the timebthe app works! During a pandemic they are giving a hero pay but because the app works when it wants to and I missed clocking in they are taking my hero bonus from me! I would not recommend anyone to work for this company! I asked for a tear to get access to my paystubs which I finally got access to, now I get told they are taking my bonus pay for an app not working right! If you read the app reviews many people have issues with it.

Horrible service they don’t take care of their employees. Your check is always messed up. No one ever answers the phone. Also during this time they put no effort into protecting their employees that go into peoples homes daily risking their health and the health of the love ones we go home to. The staff in the office are rude.

Great company to work for! Highest wages in the industry. Excel offers family health, dental, and vision insurance. Paid time off and time and a half pay. They take care of their staff while ensuring their clients are properly cared for. I highly recommend them for any home care needs.

I had an orientation with Rita Bolden care coordinator from the Philadelphia office. She was very polite, very detailed. Went over everything with us and explained any concerns we had.

Please choose another home health aid company. The incompetence and overall rude staff who half a$$ explain everything is beyond irritating. Been working here for years because of a family and its a shame she doesnt want to leave because of familiarity and not great service. Update...9/17/2020...they are STILL messing up my pay. Excel or help at home needs to hire better people. You should have the same complaint multiple times.

Working for Excel has been great. They recently got rid of the timesheets. I now get to clock in and out from my cell phone which is amazing. I used to hate those timesheets. Anyway if your looking for a great Home Care Agency, Excel is the one.

This place is going downhill. I’m staring to believe they are stealing people’s time it’s no way we’ve been on the phone with them all week and my son is still messing a whole paycheck from 9/25- 9/30 they told him he would get 2 check today & still he only has 1 check which don’t add up to the hours he worked. Now I wonder when he call today what will be their excuse and tell him he’ll get paid on Next Friday is not an option if they don’t pay him his missing check tomorrow. I’m calling the State on them this is ridiculous and it doesn’t make any sense. I’m wonder who go paid for those hours he worked because he didn’t.

My beloved has been working for excel for a month a 2 weeks and hasnt gotten paid. NO ONE answers the phone. The one person we got on the phone today [11/26] said my beloveds been paid out but hasnt gotten the first paper check or any deposits. Excel is unorganized and very unhelpful. Excel BARADES you with calls when your trying to start with the company but as a worker is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. With all the advertisements you would think they would have a setup for questions or issues but there is none. This is the WORST homecare company. DO NOT SWITCH!

They falsely claimed that I worked for them, when I was only an applicant and never received a start date. That then resulted in my unemployment, CCIS, and TANF to be cut off. They were supposed to send me a letter via email stating that I never worked for them and I didnt receive it. I had to go up to the office for the THIRD time and sit there and wait for the letter to be sent. I am now filing a law suit against them for FALSELY claiming that I was an employee of their establishment and for the shut off on all of my resources of income. DO NOT APPLY HERE. DO NOT WORK HERE. I would suggest not allowing your family to be a client here as well.

I started working with them 3 months ago they never sent me my paperwork for healthcare and now they loose my timesheet and don’t pay me I called at 8 am the staff waited till the end of the day to say it’s to late and I’ll have to wait for my next pay to get paid!! I have bills to pay food to buy and kids to care for I’m not on any government help and how they treat you is just wrong!!!

This place is horrible, my mother is supposed to have a aid at her house on the weekends and for the past month no one has shown up, the aid thats there during the weekdays is not doing what shes supposed to, how does an aid come to someones house and tell the client what there NOT GOING TO DO.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Not sure what the criteria is for hiring the office staff but they are not trained well , not professional and lie like its nothing. Not sure who is stealing all of the money that they promise to pay but dont .....but its sad. Hopefully they get closed soon like the other crooked ones .

Terrible company, was to have orientation, woman came never introduced herself, client who was mil was attempting to say hello, ignored her, was told to leave she claimed but uncertain of why, to find out later they were avoiding orientation, was caught in many yntruthful answers. State rep helped out tremendously. This company wont last long. Made a complaint to Medicare and Association. There are many helpful, caring people oriented agencies available that truly care and will provide care management and remain respectful. This was theWorst experience ever and only hope nobody has to deal with people in need . Stay away from this agency........

I dont recommend this agency to noone they is bad they dont pay you on time then they expect for you to wait to the following pay period For you to gilet pay ..ones u summit ur timesheet time n its not on the sistem right away you wont get pay until the next Friday...Even though is they fought they dont take responsibility for it..I dont recommend it to no one the coordinator name Carl he is not a responsible person to work with..
