I was referred here by my doctor (next door) and I can’t even believe how unprofessional this place is. I was given the referral with the phone number so after getting out my doctors appointment (and since it’s on the same plaza) I called. I called about 3 times and no one would answer the phone. Since I was already there I went in, there was no patients (in the waiting room) and 3 staff members on the computers. The receptionist asked if I had an appointment, I told her no and I explained that I was calling to schedule one. ( she seemed so annoyed, and was trying to rush me out the door) She then pointed at their business card and said to call that number. (She tells me that no one is allowed in because of COVID which I understand) But thinking back, where do patients wait to be called back? Do they get seen outside of the clinic?!! When I compare the numbers it’s the same number I’ve been calling (option 2). I told her it’s the same number I have been calling and she responds by saying she was busy doing other things and couldn’t answer the phone. At this point I walked out since there was nothing I could do. I call back several days later to try to schedule and appointment and speak to someone and the staff member took my name and DOB and said I would receive a call back within 72 hours. The following week I call back since I didn’t hear from them and after a couple of attempts I get an appointment that it’s 4 months out. I immediately called Jeans hospital and I have an appointment for next week. When I called my doctor’s office to have my records faxed to Jeans Hospital I expressed the unprofessionalism of the clinic next door and they already knew this. If you get a referral to this place please call your insurance card (the number is on the back of the card) and ask them for the nearest Gastroenterology clinic. If you do decide to visit this clinic, avoid the receptionist in the front/right (Caucasian/ thick/older/female). Save yourself a headache.

Worst front desk. Didnt put in my Covid paper work. They blew out my vein. Proceed with caution.

This office is no longer Fox Chase Gastro- it is now Nazareth Gastro. This was very misleading as I would have never scheduled outside of my preferred providers. Staff called in the afternoon of my appointment and requested that I come sooner. Since I couldnt do so, I felt rushed. Staff was having personal conversations while they were leaving their shift. Billing staff seemed overworked. No one called to follow up regarding scheduling my procedure. I will be finding a new doctor.

Best Doctor I was ever at for any problem not just a gastric problem. Has a lot of knowledge in all Medical Fields. Solved my complex problem and this allowed me to live a better life. Thank you Doctor Battle

If I could I will rate them a 0! They are a f* unprofessional staff and they misinforme you! They send a bunch of bills they do not informe you they will! They do the billing differently for a f* single procedure. I called my insurance and they called the office and I was hearing the conversation when they both agreed I was not going to get billed for the endoscopy! I only had a copay and no deductible! They didnt know what the procedure was called. They said it was a surgery but in fact it was just a SCREENING OK! THEY BILL PEOPLE WRONG. And ok if you want proves I have the conversation recorded.Well I am going to sue them and I will call my layer!

This office is unproffesional and stuck in the 80s. They have a medical billing staff that works full time and the can easily call your insurance company and set up a claim but instead of telling you that they are going to bill you a bunch of money they provide a service and then secretly bill you weeks later. I am a proffesional mechanic I never provided a service then billed a customer later I am always transparent and if the price is too high I will work with them upfront not lie like this office. Pure robbery, verything seemed ok at first and Doctor seemed good until I received over $500 of medical bills out of the blue I will never pay that. Went in for a routine check I have insurance and they had no problem taking my info and insurance but then going to secretly send a bill for over $500? That is very unprofessional if there is out of pocket cost you have to tell someone before you recommend a procedure. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone any medical office I have ever been to wont play games with peoples money. Also it feels like the 80s when you walk in there and I called them a few times to confront them and I got a busy tone, its 2019 who doesnt have call waiting or voicemail?
