The case worker in CUA 9 was the worst! Lied about the clothing allowance which I never received. Refused to do the paperwork to help with daycare! I almost lost my job because I had to take off work due to school closings and no daycare. They claim that they need Resource Parents but you are not treated as a valuable member of the team. I had 6 beds available for the children but was not valued. Go to another agency, this one was a nightmare to work with!

Fostering/Adoption outreach needs work. Never got back to me or mailed out information they said they would. Will seek another company.

They gave you a hard way and very unprofessional with payments every month they are lairs and don’t want to pay kinship care parents the rate they deserve looking for new workers as of today to meet my kinship needs
