I have been going to Dr. B since the 80s. He is the best. Started going there because it was convenient to work. Even though I am retired and live the other end of the city, I cant imagine going anywhere else. All offices get busy but everyone there works hard to get everyone seen in a timely manner.

Ive gone to Dr. B since I was a child. Hes still the best in my book, but the hours of his practice really prevent me from ever getting an appointment. I wont even get started on the level of attitude from the receptionists and nurses. Ive been forced to go to urgent care and pay close to $80 for my copay on 2 separate occasions instead of my regular of $20. So Ive finally decided its time to find a doctors office that has better hours, and works for my schedule.

My Neighbor, who is a 90 yr old WW2 Veteran w a Purple Heart ( just wanted to note that), was told he couldn’t drive anymore without the doctors approval, understandable. This “ doctor “ made him sit 2 hrs in the waiting room, then didn’t have the guts to see him face to face to deny him driving, he made his nurse do it. I think that says enough.

Ive been going to see Dr. Joe for about 20 years now. Great, friendly, listens. My only complaint is hes a little too quick with prescribing drugs for what ails you. Im more a lets let nature take its course kind of guy.

I have been a patient here since 2013. I saw Dr Badolato once. Every other time I go here now I only see the nurse practitioner. If you want the south Philly attitude as soon as they answer the phone then this is the place for you. Not once have I called here and not gotten an attitude before I even said a word. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but even the new woman at the front desk has an attitude today. Its a shame this is my family doctor. I will be looking for a new doctor. Also, if you have a name that is similiar to someone else in their office make sure they have your correct chart.

My family doctor since I was 18, but unfortunately Ill be looking for another one. You can never get an appointment in a timely manner. And when you do finally get one, you wait forever. You also cannot leave messages for a doctor which I dont understand. Old fashioned and not helpful. What a shame.

The people that answer the phones are the rudest people I have ever talked to or met - they always seem like youre bothering them and talk to you like your a child. Ive been going here for 8 years and recently Ive been trying to get the doctor to sign a letter of recommendation for a surgery for two months - there has been no follow through and they wont give me any updates or info unless I PAY for another visit. I will be leaving this doctor, not that I ever see him anyway, I ALWAYS get the nurse practitioner.
