I called to make an appointment. The lady who answered said that the their next availability wouldnt be until 2 months from now. I said thats fine as I didnt have a choice.She gave me a time and date. I asked her if she could hold for a second while I put the information in my phone (time date address phone #). She HUNG up on me in the middle of me asking if she could hold on. I would understand if she simply just didnt hear me. She didnt say Thank you Goodbye or anything. She just hung the phone up. I dont know if she actually made the appointment or not. If you cant keep a professional attitude at work, then you shouldnt be working there.August 30th 9am -
