Im new to the area, and decided to try this location as its close to my home. I called for an appointment, and there wasnt anything available for 3 weeks. I had an appointment at 11:30, was brought into a room immediately, where I sat for an hour before I met the medical assistant. I finally saw the doctor after another 45 minutes. My whole appointment took over 2 hours, the majority of it was me waiting in a room by myself. I didnt feel like Dr. Manin cared about me, but was simply reading questions off a list, and almost never let me finish my sentence. Carl was awesome and joked with me while he drew blood (which made me less nervous) and the lady at the front desk had me well taken care of. Ill probably look for a new PCP, because I dont want to wait 2 hrs every time I have an appointment.

As other reviewers mentioned, be prepared to have a long wait at this office. You more than likely will not be seen until hours later and the office is never that busy. Ive only met with Dr. Manin two times and during those times, I did not feel 100% comfortable with her. Ive expressed to her and her colleagues that their medical assistant Carl is a creep and should not be working there. To my knowledge, he still does and the office did not do anything about my complaint. Tara is probably the only person there who took the time to remain patient and considerate of everything that went on in the office and she took care of my needs the most whenever I needed something. I found it quite ridiculous that I could not get direct contact with Dr. Manin outside of the office, but I do not recommend this location. You are better off looking elsewhere.

Both my wife (who is a physician) and I go to Dr. Manin. She is a great internal medicine/family medicine physician. She take the time to do a full exam, answer all of your questions and run appropriate test. Highly recommend her. We have since moved out of Philadelphia, but still travel over 45 minutes to see her because she does such a good job. As a physician, my wife knows an excellent doctor when she sees on.

This was the worst experience I have had in a doctors office. I was in the waiting room for 30 minutes and was only made aware that they were running behind when another patient was told when they walked in. I then waited for another hour (just to get a vaccine) and had to leave because I had a previous commitment. Good thing I decided to leave because when I went to reschedule they informed me that I would not have been able to get the vaccine because I was a new patient. So why when I called to make the initial appointment did they not tell me this, or when I walked into the office because they had on file why I was there. Honestly an hour and a half of my day wasted and I will never be returning to this practice.

Avoid this practice. Front desk clerk Tara is insufferable. Waiting time WITH appointment is 2 hours or more. Dr. Goldwein is attentive and thorough, but doesn’t make up for the arrogance of the staff and absence of common courtesy.

Dr. Manin is rude, unhelpful, and apathetic. i told her my family has a history of hypothyroidism and she gave me a blood test for everything under the sun (that i was charged $140 for) EXCEPT my thyroid. i waited 2 hours in the waiting room while being harrassed & touched by a man who was covered in his own piss before being brought into a room, where i sat for another hour and that same man entered my room multiple times before Dr. Manin arrived. I told them about the man and they told me “he’s harmless” and its “no big deal”. She is a terrible doctor DO NOT GO HERE

Somebody should rectify this location info because my childrens pediatrician, Dr. Emiliano Tatar, runs his service in this place and I know there are more pediatricians running their services there. I meant, this is a pediatrics center too. Then, about my experience, I must say we finally found a good and trustful doctor. Plus nurses and front desk people are always friendly and helpful. Hint: Dr. Emiliano speaks Spanish too.

Terrible appointment. Dont go to Dr. Manin. When I visited, I waited 2 hrs for the doctor and then she examined me and told me that I just had a cold and nothing could be done for me. She also told me Im severely obese and that shes concerned for my health. Im 26 years old, a size 10 and I exercise regularly so I was a little surprised at hearing that. When I told her I cook, exercise, and only drink water, she had nothing to say, but well, Im glad youre working on it. Save your time and money and go somewhere where the doctors have better bedside manner, and will actually help. You can be honest and still approach your patients delicately and with empathy. Dr. Manin needs to learn how to do both.

If I could rate negative stars I would. I have two keiloids on my ear from old infected ear piercings and wasnt sure who to go to about getting them taken care of. I wasnt sure if I would need a referral to go to a dermatologist, and I needed to act fast because I was losing my insurance. I called their office and they ASSURED ME that the doctor would be able to help me.I arrived to my appointment 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork, and as I was waiting, someone else walked in and the receptionist told him the doctor was running an hour behind. I was not told this when I walked in. After an hour and a half Im finally called into a room and told a doctor will be seeing me shortly. I waited ANOTHER TWO HOURS to see the doctor. This is where the real fun starts.Dr. Manin comes in and I have to say she is one of the rudest physicians I have ever had the misfortune to meet in my entire life. Number one, she harassed me about getting a flu shot for about 15 minutes. Number two, when I told her why I was there, she said I dont know how you want me to help you. WHAT! I said I called the office and they advised she could help, she said Im an internal medicinist, not a dermatologist. Her grandiose advise to me was to remove all the other piercings in my ears so it wont attract more attention to my unattractive ear. (I have two other piercings, not infected whatsoever) She said she could recommend me to a dermatologist, but she didnt think they would be able to help me. I asked if she thought an initial visit with a dermatologist would cost me anything out of pocket and she said Im a doctor, I dont deal with money.During my appointment she kept asking is there anything else you came in here for? Like I was wasting her time and kept asking if I was SURE I didnt want a flu shot. I went to my appointment at 3pm and left the office at 8pm in literal tears because Dr. Manin was so rude and heartless towards me about something I am very insecure about.

Deceptive billing practices. Went in for an annual preventative checkup and came out with a bill. They did nothing to inform me that we had moved on to non-preventative services (All the doctor did was talk to me, it wasnt like there was additional testing ordered which would make more sense). My guess is they do this to a lot of people who come in for preventative care. Multiple billing dispute letters and bills were not responded to. Calls to the office itself were not handled professionally and I was repeatedly rushed off the phone.

Geeze... Where to start... This was my first and only visit... I had a 2:30 appointment, the lady at the desk told me the doc was running late and I figured ok nbd they all run late - turns out she was running 2.5 hours late! Are you kidding me? Not only was she running 2.5 hours late but their policy is to not tell you until youve arrived. People with little children were coming in and basically being refused service for appointments they had made who knows how far in advance. Absolutely ridiculous - I will never be coming back here again.

Everytime I come here I was OVER 1.5 hours for Dr. Manin. And every time its for something quick like a shot or a routine physical. Save your time and go to the minute clinic down the street. 3 patients before me walked out and I still waited another 45 min with a concussion. This place should be shut down. Dr. Manin doesnt respect her pts time. TOTALLY unprofessional.

This place doesnt understand when you say no it does not mean you have consent. No means no consent. Told the doctor I did not consent to blood work being done at my appt and yet she still went ahead and did it and Im getting billed for it. I will be finding a new PCP and will not being going back here.
