I went to Dr Williams office for a well visit. Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience. The clinic is very dirty. extremely dirty and old! I have never seen any kind of office that filthy let alone a doctor’s office! Confidential Patient information files were lying around within everyone’s reach. Their equipment was old, broken and dirty.They incorrectly filled the forms for me and I had to go back and forth twice because of that.Dr Williams and his staff are nice (hence the one star), but I would never ever recommend anyone to go there for anything.

I would take my friend to this office some years ago to get his prescription for Suboxone. I never met the doctor but I dont really believe that he was trying to help his addict patients. Its just enabling them and making money, cash.Sometimes it would be very loud and rowdy. I see reviews talking about Marva who I do remember as reasonable if spoken to properly

Dr. William is a great doctor that goes far beyond in the care of his patients. Some of you are confusing the physician, the care, and the staff. I trust him with my life! He is an exceptional man that helps everyone that comes through his doors.

Dont go. Very bad rude place. Willing to sue this clinic. They lie me, charged $180 cash , now they wanna get another $184. Total $364. Nobody told me when i was there. When i called , she says she forgot. Rude place. No business.

Its good when theyre there, but what are we supposed to do when theyre on vacation? He’s a great doctor though. It’s a good place to go. They do look out.

BE AWARE! As other people said in their reviews, I also have paid for exam as much as other offices charges for a full exam, but Dr. Williams office do not tell you that you will receive ADDITIONAL 184$ bill from a lab. They are scamming people.

New patient sign the board wait 3hours went in the back the girl that took my information was very nice go back to the waiting room sat 1hour more.been in that doctor 4 hours and the receptionist tell me to go home never seen a doctor the whole day.wow i’m Trying to get meds .up DATE:well went back stat a while but I actually seen the doctor mr. Williams was very nice understanding he’s very upfront tell you the truth but understand what problems you have as a patient.mr Williams will tell you the truth nothing but the truth.i would take honesty envy day than to have a doctor in in my face.and some doctors will lie and think nothing of it.

Dr. Bruce such a beautiful soul looks out for Cancer patients when they need help the most I love he’s good heart for that !!! Thank you to the great office also...

Hate this place, dont go. I needed medical completed examination for immigration purposes, i called for quote, she said $180. All other clinics said $220 and up. I chose this one because of lowest price, i went the same day and paid cash $180 to that woman. She gave me piece of sh** paper like a receipt. It was 28th March, today is 18th April, they sent me bill for another $184. I called them again, she says she forgot to tell me that there will be another bill from quest diagnostics. What the f***? Why didnt you tell me early? Why this all coming to $364? There was another clinic in northeast Philadelphia for $220 and i did not choose that, because this one looked cheaper but They lie people. Willing to sue if this problem wont be solved. I dont care!

Dr. Williams Office provides the most comforting and caring atmosphere I have ever encountered, his staff are kind especially Martha who goes over and beyond her job duties to make sure every client needs are met with the upmost courtesy.

I decided to choose dr Bruce Williams as a primary Doctor first time I emend him 35 years ago car accidents yawing for therapy .I called for first appointment Marva says call back phones down . There is no order I pay my co pay $20 for 2 months .i as told to put my social security down within I ask to be removed I was told that it is used to bill my insurance I verify it through insurance company that is not true . So there is a Hippa violation because Marva discuss all patients information infront other patients her window is open my Hippa was violated . When you need to make a appointment or need a referral I drive 15 miles there to get it instead I get computer down and fax machine down because Marva don’t want to do it . I needed a referral for heart doctor it was written I was denied and told that the office is not organized and hey made a call over there . I beg and pleaded and show them another form to get approved. I brought my records over March and April 2019 . I ask for referral inside getting a referral for pain management I was told to get it there for my elements and diagnosis . The last visit I was in a room waiting for doctor I was told to go to another room . You are told to sit with doctor open at all times to wait to see the doctor all Hippa is violated . I was in his office in a room listening to gospel music . My last visit April 2019 dr Bruce Williams accuses me of not paying him that was reported by Marva .i showed dr Williams my insurance he says to me like I know what insurance you have . He says to me I’m surprise that you are still alive he went over my diagnosis and he stated he lower my medication and gave me a longer period of time to take it which would leave me in pain which raise a red flag with my insurcne company the way he written it . I ask dr Williams about the eye doctor he got smart with me and stated didn’t I tell where to go . He says to me you don’t have to come here often just once a year I have heart problems and other issues going on . And I stated to dr Williams he is my primary doctor and I travel to see him . He says I don’t have to travel all the way here to see him . I was hurt and humilated. to be talk to in that manner and Marva deliberately lied on me about not paying her what I owe I am not to pay an office visit of $50 I have insurance and she knows that. I confronted Marva when I walk out of the doctor office about my co pay she says don’t go there . I don’t know why she lied on me I have notice the traffic there in the office and ithr alarming issues I’ve seen . I reported to my insurance company about not getting referrals done properly and the money situation . Marva confronts me on the phone April 2019 stating what I told my insurance company . April 16,2019 I need an authorization for an ointment for my back which I have servers diagnosis . Marva ignores the request and my insurance company taking record off the ignore approvals I needed for dr Bruce Williams office retaialted on by Marva and the doctor ignoring the request through his cell phone . Marva states to me April 17,2019 that I told the insurance company that I am a liar to my face and she told me she is not doing no referrals I let them now what is taking place my insurance company while I was there . Marva lies and stay the fax machine not working and alsways says the computer is down . Marva says to me do I think by telling the insurance company will get them in trouble . Infront of staff . I was constantly disrespected infront of medical assistance young lady and she looks at me as I constantly get slander by Marva . My patient careGippa was violated and my prescriptions are being held hostage . Not filled or called in . There other organizations that can cause attention American Medical Association Hippa hotline inspector general heath care and medical board and DEA . These are organizations that can cause trouble . I sent a couple of people there I didn’t reveal had an bad experience they drop there 50,000 car insurance policy after seeing what happen to me .

These women are so rude. So So rude. I dont understand how you can go to school, spend all of this time and money to end up being so bitter and mean to clients.Clients that are helping fund your paycheck, pension funds, 401k, and etc...Who can I call or email to make a complaint about them? I know the doctor does not care either, so it is a lost cause with him.

Dr Williams is very kind, and knowledgeable when it comes to medicine and treatment
