My PCP is the bomb, but shes unavailable until 10/21. During her absence, I cannot get a prescription filled. The receptionist transfers me to Family Medicine who feeds me a hail of beans every time I call for an explanation. This situation needs to be addressed immediately. I do not understand why I cannot be assigned to another PCP in her absence. This is absurd and will someone PLEASE approve my meds in her absence asap? Thanks, and have a nice day!!
