I have been with Doctor Serang for a decade. He is an outstanding practitioner. His office is clean and his staff is professional. It has been a painless experience. I could not recommend anyone else. And this is coming from another doctor.

Dr Serang and his amazing team do everything possible to make their patients feel like they are family. In the middle of a very busy day Dr. Serang called me to discuss my husband’s TMJ symptoms. He spent over 20 minutes coming up with a plan and he wouldn’t get off the phone with me until he knew he knew he answered all of our questions. His team even called me a couple days later to check on my husband. They rock !

I have extraordinarily sensitive gums & teeth & my cleaning was top notch with no bleeding or soreness afterward. Top notch in every aspect. The staff is terrific and helpful, the place is clean and up-to-date, and the doctor never ever makes you feel uneasy. He is great at working with you and your insurance, making sure you know exactly what all of your options are. I never worry about going to this dentist office - and thats a pretty big accomplishment!

I had gone to a chain dentist (dental solutions) and got my mouth throughly ruined by a shoddy haphazardly installed implant that kept falling out. Dr. Serang made me a new abuntment and crown, special ordered me a super comfortable healing cap, and installed my new tooth perfectly during the current epidemic!

Dr. Serang is a dentist who does everything he can to make you feel welcome and comfortable while providing you with top-notch dental care. I was very impressed that Dr. Serang cleaned my teeth on my first appointment so he could get to know me and my teeth. I was also impressed by his knowledge of holistic health. Later I had a dental emergency, and he went out of his way to get me in and then to see a specialist as soon as possible. Like most people, I dont enjoy getting work done on my teeth, but since going to Serang Dental Associates, my anxiety about the experience has completely disappeared.

I had a crown fall off of a tooth and had to get in as soon as possible to fix it. The front desk was friendly and called me back within a reasonable amount of time. Since I was paying out of pocket, they quoted me what I could possibly be paying, which ended up being right on point. I was met at the time I was scheduled for and was in and out. I would recommend and go here for future needs.

My wife wanted to have a complete denture as Dr Serang extracted the last three teeth. The process for the denture involved three visits in six weeks during which my wife couldnt wait to have it done so she could chew properly. At the end of the third visit which was the second try of the denture, it was obvious that the denture didnt feel or look right. We expected to have a better one in the following visit but instead the doctor surprised us by advising that we better see a more specialized doctor else where for a better quality denture. He stated that he would reimburse us as well as the insurance of the amount we paid. As we had no other option but to agree without making any assumptions. The doctor requested me to write statement saying that we (not him) were the ones wanted to switch to another doctor. I wrote that statement as per doctor Serang request. The doctor did reimburse us of the amount we paid. We had to go to another dentist and start the process all over again.

Dr. Serang and everyone that works at the office are very pleasant and professional. I never feel any pain during treatments and procedures. I have always had a positive experience at Serang Dental and the facility is immaculate and beautiful. This is my dental office for the rest of my life.

Great experience. Took the whole family at once. They took great care of my 3 year old. Quick and efficient service. Recently updated office so everything was very clean with recent technology, cleaning equipment, digital x-rays, etc. Well be back in 6 months.

This is the first time I have ever been so upset with a place as to leave a negative review. I was a patient here for approximately three years and over that time, had several cavities filled. At the time, I did not believe they were well done--after the fillings were done, there were large pockets between my teeth where food would be captured. I mentioned this to Dr. Serang, and he dismissed my concern. Well, I finally found a new dentist, and sure enough, I have five cavities, four of which are from the fillings I had done at Serang Dental. My new dentist remarked several times at how poorly done my latest round of fillings were and how they were not done with attention to detail, which is what created the gaps. I am very angry. I have a lot of dental anxiety, which Dr. Serang tried to make me feel bad about despite having witnessed me have an embarrassing panic attack the first time I was scheduled for fillings with him. After that terrible day, I asked for a prescription to ease my nerves for the first time in my life, which he tried to dissuade me from repeatedly, attempting to make me feel ashamed and guilty about my anxiety attack as though it was something I could control. Now, I have to have even more dental work done just to undo the shoddy work I received at Serang Dental. I would give one star, but I always received great care from the receptionists and hygienists. If you do not need any fillings done, this is a good enough place to go. If you are prone to cavities, go elsewhere.

Dr. Serang is top notch and at the forefront of Dental Care. His approach is patient friendly and pain free. Not only have my cleanings gone amazingly well, Dr. Serang fixed a gap left from a poorly done root canal. The things I felt were just normal, the pain, the gap left, the poor temporary fit, were all things Dr. Serang proved he could do better.His hygienist are top notch, friendly, and give great advice on dental care. Dipping my floss in Listerine, brushing at an angle, even how to properly use an electronic tooth brush correctly were all very well explained. I can not recommend this guy enough. If you are looking for a new dentist, this guy is top notch and a class act! My smile has never been better!

After reading the great reviews I was looking forward to my visit at Dr. Serangs office, however I was disappointed. The hygienist was very rough with my teeth and they hurt for more than a week after. They also failed to see a cavity on my xrays. They told me everything was perfect and I went on my way. After visiting a new dentist I had my xrays sent from Serangs office and the new dentist quickly pointed out the cavity on Serangs xrays. I am far from impressed with my treatment at Serangs dental office, and I will never be returning.
