First off I’ve been going to this dentist for abt a year now. Never have they ever gotten any complaints from me. Now that they have new doctors and staff, the place is a mess. The doctor that was cleaning my teeth was drilling so hard that my gums swelled up and was excessively bleeding. I was raising my hand like he said when there’s pain & I was but he continued to bypass it like he couldn’t see it, I even said ouch.. still no response. I’m changing my dentist

I went in to get a wisdom tooth removed and it was amazing! I was in and out of the chair within 10 mins. The dentist has an amazing hand. I’m most def going to keep going here. The Ladies in the front desk could be a little more organized and nice, but other than that very professional Dr’s and assistants!!!

Brought my son here, he’s 3. A normal 3 year old will throw some kind of tantrum in his life. He decided to have one at the dentist today. The Dr. thought it was their right to refer me out and send me to a pediatric dentist for special needs children. My son threw a tantrum. I felt very disrespected and seen my way out. Won’t come back. Obviously the Dr. doesn’t have kids because the fact that the Dentist thought my son was a special needs child because he threw a tantrum and referred me somewhere else because of that is Very disrespectful.

It didn’t take long for me to get seen the staff and DR there are very nice and very informative on what’s happening and what their doing definitely better than my previous one.

Needed a weekend appointment and Elite Dental provided one. They called with a much-needed reminder and when I was running slightly behind schedule they understood. All of the staff were very friendly, respectful and professional.Really good experience.

Overall I had a great experience, the wait was pretty long I think because I was new there. I had let them know my fear of dentists and was treated nicely and comfortable I feel great with my journey onto getting my oral health back in a good state!

I was just there yesterday. I went to get evaluated so I can get a referral to get some wisdom teeth removed. After that lady looked at my teeth, she asked if I wanted a cleaning so I said sure. I left that office with all of my teeth in pain and my gums bruised. The lady that cleaned my teeth was very aggressive and she didn’t even do a good job. She was very sloppy and very clumsy. Somehow she dropped the toothpaste in my hair and pulled at my hair to get it out. Somehow I ended up with my face completely wet during the process. Needless to say, I will not be returning after that experience.

I went to my appointment very nice and friendly staff a few minutes for fill the papers for me and my daughters they call my name really fast no more than 10mnt waiting and my service was 5 seconds the dentist was really quick and I feel like I brush my teeth better at home but for my Daughters the service be really professional another Dentist explain all like is supposed. I called the night before for an emergency appointment because my teeth was bothering me after getting some work done a couple weeks prior... At 12:20 p.m. I had to cancel my 11:00 a.m. appointment for that same day! I missed work, was still sitting an hour and 20 minutes later, got nothing accomplished, and social distancing was not enforced either! This is on 3rd and Allegheny, I live up the street on 2nd street and am a popular face in the neighborhood thus credibility can be confirmed! For whatever its worth the dentist is actually a pretty cool guy, but after missing just short of $200 to be here and not getting anything accomplished it was a disappointment!

I wish I can rate NO STARS. Front desk is so unprofessional Especially OFFICE MANAGER A MESS... Never take Emergency app seriously even if your a patient of them they will rather you go somewhere else. I live around the corner but I will be going some elsewhere They are HORRIBLE... you need a new front desk staff. In order to build your business.. I worked as a front desk coordinator for over 5 years now and I never push my patients out like they do.

Excellent dental care. Extremely knowledgeable and professional MD dentists. Efficient service. I just relocated and was hesitant to find a new dentist. The care and expertise at Elite assured me that after being with my old dentist for over 20 years that I was in good, trustworthy hands. Thank you Doctor!

First time there and it’s was a nice clean fun experience. Went there to get referred to a oral surgeon for my wisdom. The doctor was well educated and guided me to what needed to be done for my confort.He also prescribed me medication for the pain and antibiotics until I was able to get to a surgeon. Which they provided a list that covers different insurances, for which works best for youThe receptionist in the front was so kind and politeI had a great experience I recommend my mom to take my little brother here for his future appointments for clean ups.

Worst dentist ever went and got my chipped tooth fixed and the replacement fell off in a week then went again and he fixed it and it fell out again in a week! My teeth are perfect except for the chipped one and he denied me and told me to just get veneers !

I love this location but the front staff is very disrespectful to the dentist and they are very unprofessional. I stood in front of them for almost 10 mins waiting for them to acknowledge me before they did one time. The next time they came no one was at the front desk. They was in the back eating and it was 9am. When the dentist said something to them the argued with her. Also they talk disrespectful in front of patients about not liking this one dentist which was an Asian lady. It made me feel really uncomfortable to the point I felt I needed to update my review. I feel they need to be trained. It felt like insubordination. How can a patient trust them if they are disrespectful to the dentist. I was disgusted. And this is from 3 recent visit. Two for myself and one for my daughter. Then I wasnt allowed to make a six month appointment they said they would call me. I never get calls unless I schedule. The disrespect is towards the dentist and it affects the patients. Very immature staff. One was eating a popsicle at the computer. Smh Very unprofessional.

Went in for extraction and everything went great! The wait was not long and the doctor explained everything he would be doing.

Very nice staff. They made sure after using fhe X-Ray machine to clean it off thoroughly after use. If you need surgery for something they prescribe you medicine and give you numbers you can call promptly and efficiently. I love going here

I was so outraged after waiting almost an hr to see the dentist who gave me a list of surgeons to have wisdom teeth and other teeth extracted because of broken fillings and then fixed his face to tell me there was nothing he could give me for the pain, After I burst into tears he wrote a prescription for Motrin. I called my insurance and made a formal complaint.

Two days of scheduled appointments and long story short they still couldn’t do my filling because they are two busy and also they don’t know how to schedule patients correctly or effectively. They ended up wasting my time now I’m going somewhere else!

I had a wait but do two the pandemic I understood Safety First the staff in the supervisor had everything under control so they got Us in and out

This place was really great. The doctor was really cool and considerate, also a straight shooter and told me the hard truth of my situation and how best to correct the damage done! I was not nervous at all After he introduced himself and he was extra careful to make sure I was as comfortable as possible while in the chair!

The service was good. Doctor explains in details what I needed to do to prevent a bad exam. Also they clean the room and tools very well.

I have NO complaints at all, everyone was professional and would sanitize everything in the office before and after each use of instruments. The whole office staff were pleasant. Thank you for such a nice experience

They only thing beautiful and good about this place is the receptionist period ! The actual dentist/women are insensitive non helpful quick and are only looking to get a quick insurance payout. This nasty woman did not help me AT ALL ! she let me leave with a possible front tooth loss, meaning my front tooth is decaying my primary dentist were over crowded and the wait was too long so I had to schedule here bcus it was the only one I found that scheduled me right away ! But Idk any dentist a real one that allows somebody to leave risking the chance that by they next appointment their front tooth can be completely destroyed ! Every skilled and educated dentist that I have ever been too would’ve never let me leave like that. I didn’t come there for a teeth cleaning but they wanted to give me one along with 300 million X-rays just trump the price up for my insurance ! These women that work here the dentist and her assistant are horrible don’t know where they trained them but they need better dentist them women should not be there ! Receptionist was the only good thing in that place !Also I contacted my health insurance letting them know that I didn’t not receive what I came there for in case their little scheming as** try to lie ! Horrible horrible horrible and shame on you ladies ! Oh and they are also slow as hell 🤦🏽‍♀️ I would never recommend to anyone 🤷🏽‍♀️

I was there for 5 hrs way too long for a visit. this is my second time and i was there for five hrs in 2018 too. The dr was very informative. i called and they said come now but when i got there it was crowded. they assured me those people was not seeing anyone but that was not the case.

Prepare to be sitting for hrs literally 3 to 4 hr wait then when you go to the back another 2 hrs for nothing. They need more dentist or need to schedule appointments better. A lot of people have walked out or rescheduled due to the waiting time🤦 so make sure you have nothing else to do before coming in or scheduling an appointment

The dentist was very helpful in steering me in other directions for help. He took Xrays, looked at my teeth. But for being there nothing physically done on or for teeth. Not even a cleaning, had me sign a paper with a balance of $179 for Xrays, toothpaste and toothbrush and my 2 in a half hours of sitting there. Even though the place was clean and environment was friendly, glad Im going somewhere else. Thats just my experience. Give then 2 in a half stars

I was there recently and the staff there wonderful and the Doctor very efficient. Went in and was out quickly. Although I know it has a lot to do with Cov-19. I really had a great experience.

Unsanitary. The protective goggles they provided me where filthy, looks like they were never cleaned before using them on another patient. Also the handheld mirror was filthy too. Don’t waste your time going. During this pandemic they are supposed to sanitize everything and they clearly didn’t. I wish I could provide pictures of this experience.

I came in with a infection my gums and I had get feelings done and they ganna tell me come back when I have half my mouth pull up instead of saving tooth’s that’s not bad yet these people are the worse charging almost 3k doing almost nothing too me but I’m thankful at least they cut my gums open get rid of the infection now I need look for a place have my feelings done.

I must say that the staff & most of the dentists are nice, informative & super polite; but unfortunately the wait is horrible.Dont go early because youll still have to wait 45mins after your appointment time & their always packed. They dont handle their overflow properly.. Its really inconvenient for people who work or who have children under 5, whos appointments only take 10 mins.Like my foster son. Hes 2, no cavities or special Dental work. When sat in the waiting area from 10:37am , his appointment was at 11am, we left at 12:25pm; but literally we sat with the dentist for 10mins max.It will be my last appointment there.

I love the front desk secretaries which were really caring and manage to get me in with my emergency issue pretty fast. Also I love my dentist who not only did an extraordinary work on me but gave me options and took his time to explain each option . I’m looking forward to see him back on 6 months. I enjoyed my experience with elite dental. I hate going to the dentist but they made it very comfortable. They are ver accommodating and without even asking they scheduled my wife’s dental work the same day and time as myself so we could sit with each other while they did the cleaning. I just picked up my partial dentures. They really did a great job with the fit and color. It was times when I waited in the office too long, however, that was because they had a situation. Very nice clean environment, also the play area for children is pretty nice.

Despite having to wait a few hours to get my teeth checked, I had the best experience! Got an X-Ray, had to get fillings for cavities on the right side of my mouth, and now Im going to get fillings on the left side next week, just praying to heaven almighty that little kids arent in the next examination room (because I tried to have the left side of my mouth numbed out and I couldnt quite keep my nerves calm)! All in all, great experience! 😃

Went in to get a extraction, was finally seen an hour after my appointment. And all the dentist did was a quick clean and put a cotton swab with medicine on the molar i had pain in and said i needed a root canal( which i already knew).She tried to spray cold air on the molar i obviously said hurt to make sure “it was the right molar”Then proceeded to give me medicine i was already taking for it and said it would help with the pain until i can be seen again😂So now i have to go to another dentist to do what i asked them to do in the beginning- an extraction of my molar-But thank you for the experience i wont be going back 👍🏻

Literally the worst dentist. Me and my younger daughter go here and every time we have an “appointment” I am waiting for 2 or more hours just to be seen. Not to mention I had to make an appointment for follow up and when I came in for it they tell me “your doctor is not in”. Like really?? You couldn’t tell me before I went in? Then I rescheduled it and they call me a few days later saying that they have to reschedule once again cause he wasn’t going to be in, ONCE AGAIN. I said no thanks. I am switching from this place.
