This should have no stars you cant go in the back with your child. It was dirty we under a pandemic and they had the kids close together without a mask. The dentist kept missing and poking my child in the wrong place. They said she needed cavities filled and made me another appointment. After hearing everything that went on in the back l didnt go back and went to her old dentist and found she didnt need anything filled no cavities dont send your child to this dentist!!!!!

My childs 1st dentist appointment was a great experience! Quick appointment, spacious waiting room, activities for kids, area for younger children to run/walk around, multiple TVs with movies.Dentist was time efficient, very gentle with my 1 year old, my child was comfortable and was given a bag of goodies( book, toothbrush, toy,...)

Staff was professional in their interactions with parents and their children though my observations while I was waiting for my grandchildren to be seen. Staff was very helpful too. My grandchildren was seen in a respectable time frame, in line with their appointment time. Overall, I was pleased with the service rendered. Thank you!!!

My son has been going to kids smiles every since he two years old and I am very pleased with their work. They are always so friendly and I know that care about my child dental health as well as physical health. They are the best.

It was daughters first visit and all the dentist made her feel comfortable b their were all very polite and gentle my daughter had a blast! I recommend kids smile on 58th and market to all parents. They were amazing, they treated my child and me with so much hospitality.

The staff was great. The receptionist was polite and professional. The dental assistant explained everything in detail and treated my children very nice. The dentist was professional, and did a good job with my children. Overall, I was pleased with their visit.

All my children have gone to kids smiles, the Dentists and staff have all been great😁❤️👍🏾. Kids Smiles sends me reminders so I never miss appointments. My children have always looked forward to going to the dentists !!😁.We have been with Kids Smiles since my oldest son was a preschooler he is now 24. I’ve never had any bad experiences with Kids Smile. My son has been going to the same office since he was 2 and they’re always on point.

I have been bringing my son here for many years and the staff is courteous and mindful. The Dentist and Assistant are always clear in explaining and I feel very comfortable leaving my son back there with them. Very convenient to my home as well.

They are very professional as well as respectful punctual they make sure that the parents know every move that they make it before they make it and make sure theyre the parents signs what they need to sign so Im Im really good with this I really like that

I took my daughter there for her first visit , it was horrible experience . I will never come back. Unprofessional. There is no privacy at all . My daughter shared a room with 4 others in the room. Her appt was at 9. I got there at 8:40am and she wasnt seen until 9:45am. Plus I didnt like the dentist at all. She made excuses while I questioned what she was doing. As a concerned parent I wanted to know why my daughter was bleeding and what she was doing

Kids Smiles doesnt make my children or I smile. They dont let parents in the back with their children, they request things kids dont need, and we waited a ridiculous amount of time... about 4 hours! This is why I need to find a different dentist. We waited so long that we were the last people! My daughters said that her gums hurt because the dentist poked them too many times because they werent paying attention and talking to other dentists! They really dont deserve ANY stars! This place is completely unprofessional, and you should NEVER come here.

Never ever bring your children here. They are rude and unprofessional. They try to force care that is not needed and the wait is extremely long. Parents are not allowed in the back with their kids and they have issues with communication. This is my first and last time here and Im NEVER going back. Zero stars are more like it!

I been going here since my oldest son was 6 months he’s now almost 15 they don’t know who to hire they are so unprofessional they had bed bugs last week and was still calling patients to the back like it did not affect them the manager Nicole Riley and the dr with the glasses is very rude the dr was arguing back and forth when no one was talking to her the best drs they had no longer work there if I could find dr Casey dr Abby dr Ben then yes I’ll go where they are but I will never go to kidssmiles ever they say they bias and very nasty and rude DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THEY R THE WORSE

They really need to get it together. I completely wasted my time today. If my kids appointment was at 11:30 and I got there at 10:30 its no reason we should still be waiting to be seen at 11:59. They intentionally overbook and waste everyones time as if parents dont have lives and other things to do. Chronically understaffed and overbooked. If I can help it I will not be going back.

A little slow depending on what time you go. My child complained of roughness from the dentist and you can’t go back with children so you’d never know.

I like this place because my kids do very well with the dentist here but the wait is absolutely ridiculous. Even when its not crowded the wait is long

My daughters appointment was at 9:30. We got here at 9:15. It is now 11:04 and shes still in the back. What is the point in having an appointment if were going to be here for damn near 2 hrs.
