Zaliya Akbasheva DMD is the worst and most dangerous dentist. She is defrauding her patients by performing unacceptable and terrible dental work. She is refusing to correct her totally MESSED-UP work and inflicts additional injuries. She bills the insurance company for more dental surfaces than needed and she is creating additional damages to the patients health just to bill the insurance company for more dental surfaces.I recently came to her only to fix two chipped dental fillings. Zaliya Akbasheva was not even replacing the entire fillings, but was only fixing chipped areas. She MESSED-UP both fillings and even left the packing material in my mouth. On one filling, she left a rough composite material protruding out and never even leveled it; so I cannot even floss the area. On another filling and around, she made a very large gap between two teeth; she tore and ripped off previously healthy gums, feels like all the way to the bone, I even noticed very sharp pain when she was doing her damages. Her outrageous manipulations created a lot of pain, discomfort, and long-lasting damages. She billed my insurance company for more dental surfaces than actually needed to do the work and inflicted additional damages.When I returned to her office and told that she must fix her totally messed-up job, she told me to find another dentist and refused to do anything. She knows how to inflict additional damages and how to collect insurance payments, but she pretends that she has no responsibilities to the patients injured by her and she is not obligated to correct her outrageous wrongdoings. Instead of correcting her outrageous work and damages inflicted by her, she drops a patient at the moment when she gets the patients insurance money.Call the insurance company every time you visit her, to verify for what work she is billing and how many dental filling surfaces she is billing for; and you probably will be surprised. In my case, she collected payments and did the damage for two additional surfaces that she had no right even to touch. Not talking about the fact that she inflicted many more damages; and she should be sued but not paid.

Don’t ever go here! These people are nasty, and do things with your teeth to cause damage on purpose. I went to get an ordinary cleanup and then as it was going on, I noticed that she was concentrating on one of my back molar tooth for too long.. to a point I had....I had so much pain that I screamed for her to stop. She didn’t care, didn’t apologize and just went to the next tooth. When I went home I noticed I had an indent in my tooth a line gap, that I didn’t have before and a few days later my tooth became loose!Prior to this I never had an issue with that tooth it was healthy. I believe she did this so I would come back and have to pay extra to have it removed. They are criminals and should be shut down.

Why do most people go to the dentist? To stop a toothache. Why did I go to the dentist? I had a small cavity(that wasn’t painful at all, you could hardly see this cavity) Why am I unhappy? This doctor turned a filling into a toothache. After I got my filling done, I went home and straight to bed. Sadly I was woken up and felt this strong pain in my tooth, keep in mind this was a small cavity, it shouldn’t have been drilled too deep, yet I’m in pain. I’m not sure about you, but I would like a doctor that fixes the problem, not makes it worse. I would also like to add that my appointment was at 5, I came in at 4:58, I got treated at 5:57, and left at around 6:18. I don’t believe it’s a good sign when you have to wait more than the length of the procedure. I would like to say that the doctor aren’t mean, they’re actually quite nice, but I would really appreciate this filling more if I wasn’t in pain right now! Doctors, if you’re reading this, please take it as constructive criticism, I am in no way trying to ruin reputations, I am only suggesting you lower the wait times and increase the time of the procedure in order to perfect it... and also not leave the customer in pain.

As I walked in, the receptionist was amazing. She was very friendly and helpful. As I was called to the back, someone came in to take my X-rays. A few minutes later, someone else came in to clean my teeth. She was EXTREMELY rough, scraping my gums with every tooth. Even after me making remarks about how uncomfortable I was, she continued to scrape my teeth. I heard her scraping my back tooth persistently and I motioned for her to stop asking what was happening. She told me dont worry its not your tooth, but low and behold, when she was done, I ran my tongue across my teeth and felt a gaping hole in the side of my back tooth. I asked her what happened. She said Oh a piece came off 😳😳. Im literally sitting there in shock. I asked what that meant and why and she repeated over and over the doctor will be in. When the doctor entered I immediately asked why a piece of my tooth was scraped off during CLEANING. She ignored me until the 3rd time I asked telling that it was due to a cavity. I tried to remain calm, sure that she would resolve the issue. But no. After a 5 minute exam, she said when you leave schedule an appt with the front. You have cavities. She never addressed the hole in my tooth until her assistant asked her about it. Then, without informing me of what was going on, she tells me to open my mouth, and only when I stopped to ask what was happening did she tell me she was putting a temporary filling and I need to come back. This was the most painful and unprofessional dentist Ive ever been to. Never going back

Dr. Zalia (I know, her first name) took the time to patiently explain the procedure, calm me down and while no one who has had a wisdom tooth removed would consider the procedure gentle, it was as gentle as it could possibly be. I appreciate professionals who dont hide behind the robe and exhibit empathy even when performing a task they have performed a million times. I recommend Dr. Zalia for anyone interested in being treated as more than just a tooth to be extracted.I posted the same review on Yelp. I am thorough, not a bot!

Dr. Kondratyeva and her assistant Tamara are the best! Each knows what they are supposed to do, and they do their job very professionally and with care and show teamwork.

I came to this office as an old patient of the previous owner, Dr. Prince. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly employees and good service. The doctor sat me down, and explained all of the procedures to me step by step. I highly recommend her.

Great doctor. Came in because my back tooth was hurting. Doctor came in, she was super nice, and then filled the cavity in a few minutes time. Really happy with the result, and you cant beat the low prices.

Most of the staff is great except the doctor. She is rude she doesnt explain anything to you for you to understand she talks bad to you about your teeth. I went in for a teeth cleaning and never got it done she was picking at my guns and teeth but never cleaned then and when she told me I had to make an appointment for my cavities I asked how many she said a lot but never told me what teeth and found out it was only 4. I will never go back.

Front desk woman Melissa was rude, she put me on hold about 20 minutes. I only needed to know when my next appointment... Then I had to drive to the office. No body treat customers like that.

I had a very bad experience at A Z Dental. Ive been going to this practice when Dr. Prince was the owner. We had a schedule appointment at 7pm. I sat there for 40 minutes without being seen. So I left and told the nasty receptionist I will transfer my records elsewhere. This is very unprofessional for someone to have an appointment and be treated the way we did. Never will go back there again.

Horrible place I’ve been here 2 times in the past 3month and they didn’t even do a cleaning they do the X-rays and shoe you out the door and the doctors are horrible don’t explain anything to you and expect you to just get better. Save your mouth and never go here !

Doesnt explain anything. Extremely rough. The tools she used had no plastic disposible cover. I got sick with a cold the same day. She gave me four fillings and my teeth feels worse than when I initially went in. Now I have to find another dentist to fix whatever was done.
