The staff is wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Dr. Brown takes the time to make sure you understand what’s happening as well as what your options are. He is delightful, approachable and his knowledge and work are astounding. Everyone makes you feel welcome and at ease. It is always a pleasant experience.

I had the Pinhole procedure done about a month ago or so. Im really happy with the results so far. I feel more confident about my smile and my upper teeth do not look exposed or receded anymore. The procedure itself was about 1.5hr long. I was able to get into my routine cleaning and brushing about 1.5 week later. Id definitely recommend Dr. Brown

My visit to Dr. Brown to install two side-by-side implants was long anticipated, however delayed by some health issues. Prior to arrival my anxiety and stress level was over the top as I was concerned about all sorts of things.Upon arrival I was met by Olsen and Franklin, two of Dr. Brown’s assistants who quickly put me at ease. They prepped me and disclosed they were actually dentists from abroad studying with Dr. Brown. I smiled with the realization I was actually getting three dentists for the price of one!The procedure lasted less than two hours, however, my gnawing anxieties were set aside in the first minutes. Dr. Brown’s initial injection was painless, and subsequent injections were totally pain-free. In fact, the whole procedure proceeded at a steady, careful pace and pain free, what a pleasant surprise. The implants were beautifully spaced.My office experience was entirely positive and the office followup was sincere. I strongly commend Dr. Brown for his concern for patient comfort and positive bedside manner. This was fun, maybe we should do it again sometime!

Dr. Brown has changed my life! He made the impossible, possible!!!Few years ago, I got a procedure done, and the dentist did a horrible job. I was a 20 year periodontal patient with another dentist who retired and didn’t perform laser gym surgery so I had multiple flap surgeries, bone reconstruction, skin grafting, and continuous treatment of repeated abscesses. After receiving laser surgery with Dr. Brown, which was a wonderful experience, my gum tissue improved dramatically within 1 year with such decreased sensitivity that I was able to eat all foods successfully and also able to receive implant surgery. I now have my smile back. Let me say, that Dr. Brown may seem abrupt with his explanations, but it’s because of his passion for dentistry. Ive had done dental implants by Dr Brown and I am very pleased with the result. The technology that Dr Brown uses provides me with a comfort because I am usually stressed when I visit dentists. My new dental implant is perfect and it looks natural. Another advantage of visiting Dr Browns office are his affordable rates, he will never charge you for unnecessary treatments. After much research by my family dentist, Dr. Brown and his laser treatment of my gum disease was recommended as the finest and gentlest cure. He did not disappointment. His diagnosis and treatment was educational, thorough and gentle. Dr. Brown and his staff are completely dedicated to their patients. When I needed to come in because my bite had shifted slightly they we able to see me on the day when the City of Philadelphia had shut down because of a historic snow storm. I went to this office so I can see if I can find a better quote for the laser scaling treatment. The office staff were very nice and professional but the dentist was a different story. He was very rude and condescending when I was trying to ask what periodontal treatments were possible. I was in the office for less than 15 minutes and I would never go to this place again. I don’t want a dentist that belittles customers.

I just had the Chao Pinhole Technique done on my gums. It is a true miracle! This is a new technique done without grafting that does not require any stitches. I needed an implant, Dr. Brown described the procedure (in language I could understand), and handled it quickly and efficiently. I was made to feel comfortable, more like a family member than a patient. Excellent bedside care. And no pain!

My experience with Dr. Brown was frankly the strangest professional experience I have ever had. First of all, I thought it very odd to walk into a professional office with floor to ceiling pictures and every table in every room covered with his familys photos. I mean this is not his living room and really, do his patients care any more about his family then he would about ours? Not professional, not the place.Although his staff couldnt have been nice and more welcoming, Dr. Brown was on the other end of the spectrum. He walked into the consultation room and the next thing I know, he told me we had no chemistry and that the appt was over. Further, since he would not treat me, would I like a referral? I cannot in my wildest imagination understand what prompted this extreme reaction. I had no attitude, was very calm and nice. This was so out of the blue, I was shocked and confused. He eventually told me it was because I was engrossed in a magazine when he walked in and looked up at first and didnt say hello right away. He assumed therefore that I was not interested in being there as if my mommy had to drag me in!That was not all. I wanted a second opinion about my need for scaling/condition of my gums. He told me I was in danger of losing several teeth NOW and that I needed much more serious work than scaling. I walked out wondering where the candid camera was and later that week saw the most wonderful dentist around the corner that he recommended. That dentist said he saw nothing wrong and that I didnt even have to rush to get the scaling done. That was confirmed by TWO other dentists!!!

Dr. Steven Brown is no doubt an excellent doctor, however I am giving him a 1 star because he sent me to Dr. Paul Berson to provide my dentures and less than 2 years the dentures are literally falling apart. After the dentures fell on the floor they split in half because Dr. Berson failed to reinforce them. After applying crazy glue to put them back together, the following week, one of the teeth fell out. Once again I had to apply crazy glue to put the tooth back in. Why am I crazy gluing dentures that I paid Dr. Berson $14,400?What ever you do, DO NOT LET DR. BROWN RECOMMEND YOU TO DR. PAUL BERSON FOR YOUR DENTURES.
