I was an out of town guest who lost their glasses in transit (never again on the car roof). I was able to get a fast single vision same day (less than 2 hrs actually).This will get me by until i can get my progressives ordered at home.Great and wonderful service and staff.

Shirley the optician was the first person I met when I came to the store on 1030 arch street she was awesome!!! I was under the impression I had an appointment but actually didnt so she told me to sit tight incase someone didnt show for their appointment unfortunately everyone came for their scheduled appointments. So she gave me an appointment that was only 2 days away which was great for me!!! Helen the other optician that was working at the time was also very kind!!! Dr.Martell was nothing short of awesome I immediately connected with her which is very important to me!!! I felt more like I was visiting some friends than actually having a doctors appointment!!! Dr. Martell also gave me some great advice!!! I am extremely satisfied with my visit and the entire team is AWESOME!!!! I couldnt have picked a better place to go!!! And I forgot to mention you can get your glasses the same day and lf you dont have insurance they will still take you!!

Sherrly was amazing

The nose pad on my glasses broke and fell off today and was very painful as the metal edge was digging into the side of my nose. I walked into the shop and the women behind the counter took my glasses and replaced it on the spot. She cleaned my lenses and gave them back to me free of charge. Im almost blind without my glasses and Im so thankful of the service and kindness of the staff here. I will recommend this shop to everyone. I really appreciated the help.

The staff is wonderful. They seem like they really cared. I needed contacts for my wedding which is in a couple of days and they did everything in their power to help me. Excellent service couldnt ask for more. Thank you

They made my lenses thinner then any place ive been to get glasses. Although my medicine was a little off i dealt with it but could still see. I just got used to it and was fine after a day or two. I love this place. People are very nice. Good selection of glasses.

I have been getting my eyes examed since I was 8 - by far the best experience I had. I didnt have to fill out a ton of paperwork, I was seen immediately for my appointment time, and the checkout process was quick and speedy. I wasnt trying to be sold on the best products, Helen went through both options for my insurance and helped me chose the one that worked for me. Super quick and efficient and I didnt feel judged for not being able to read the letters.Also bonus - no stupid eye puffer thing.

The doctor was thorough and had a great sense of humor! The staff helped me pick out my first pair of eye glass frames and they were ready within a day or too. Very happy with my visit.

Almost a month and no call back for ordering just the glass for my frames. I called every week no return call. Not good service at all. Woman was checking last wed. And supposed to call back.. nope.

Great place went in here for a last minute eye exam the day before thanksgiving they had an excellent selection of glasses took my insurance and more super friendly they will forever have my business while I live in Philadelphia!

Friendly staff, quick appointment, nice doctor. Good selection of frames, and nice lady at the desk was super-helpful picking out new frames, which is something I dread doing on my own.

I had the best experience here! Raun was so patient and took the time to find the best frames for me. The staff was so pleasant and showed me that customer service is still alive and well! I drive four hours round trip to Philadelphia Arch street location for exceptional eyeglass service. I have an eyeglass collection of esoteric frames which cannot be replaced. For over 20 years I have received outstanding care. Shirley made sure my prescription and eyeglasses were perfect down to the gradient tint! The staff goes beyond expectation,. Early morning drop off.. will allow you to fill your prescription while you wait. Raun prepared my three most recent eyeglass prescriptions...He was patient, oriented to detail ..His objective was to ensure customer satisfaction with the finished product... Ten stars !!! dr ruth

My wife’s glasses were missing a screw and a little bent, and was expecting to have to drop them off and pay to get them fixed. They put a new screw in on the spot and got them aligned and didn’t even charge me!

They are the best would recommend them anytime

Called to see if theyre open yeah just get here by 4:30 Got there ten minutes later at 4:05 and they were closed, the employee wouldnt even come talk to me at the door. Pointless waste of my time coming over.
