From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with the warmest welcome my staff Jazmin. She guided me through my whole wonderful experience. I was in fear because my vision was starting to become blurry. She helped to make this terrifying experience more pleasurable. Doctor Yoo was very gentle and soothing to my spirit. This was the best doctor visit I ever had ; the team work great together. They have the top of the line technology eye system machine to test your eye pressure,, look in the back of your brain and etc. It was truly a great experience .

I found New World Vision because I needed a new Eye Dr. After mine retired! I was nervous about a new Dr. and I was absolutely thrilled with my care at New World Vision! The Dr. Was very nice and took her time explaining and answering all of my questions! All of the other employees here are also super helpful and nice! I love my new glasses they are fashionable and comfortable! I highly recommend this Eye Dr.!

The store is fantastic with making glasses, I’ll rate it five stars. Especially Ms. Jazmin, she’s so wonderful with her customer service. Also Mr. Stone, he’s so awesome and efficient with expediting glasses on the same day if you need it right away. Lastly, Dr. Allison Belfer is the most wonderful doctor ever!!! She get examination so thoroughly and in a fast-paced efficient way as possible. I love her!!!

Dont waste your time going. First of all, it smelled when I walked in which shouldve been the red flag. Second, I asked to see Dr. Belfer when I was called back it was Dr. Patel. Third, the exam was maybe 5 minutes long. By far the shortest exam Ive ever had in the 10+ years Ive needed glasses. I was given max 3 options per eye to see if my eyes needed a different prescription. Did the retina scan and Ive always had my small optic nerve called out (which is not an issue since its always been that way and hasnt gotten worse) and this doctor said absolutely nothing about it which shocked me in a very bad way.Editing after owners response: Theres a difference between sanitizing and a place smelling. The smell was not a sanitized with alcohol smell at all. It was a dirty smell. Also scheduling with a doctor and then having a completely different one give the exam is not a miscommunication. Its rude and off putting as it comes across as not caring about customers desires and wants. If the original doctor someone was scheduled with is now out sick or on vacation, it should be communicated to a patient. Thats extremely normal in my experience. Ive had retina scans before and considering my previous records werent faxed over in time, its alarming that a small optic nerve, even if healthy, was not mentioned at all. Really questions the validity of the exam and I left feeling so uncomfortable and unhappy.

I have Been going to New World for over 10 years. The staff is always welcoming and you dont have to wait long when you have an appointment. Free parking is nearby.

Had a great experience. Extremely clean with Covid screening. They were able to fit me in while bringing my Son down for his appointment, sweet!

Been coming here for the last handful of years. Everyone is super nice and efficient. Prices are reasonable and I trust that they’re not overcharging me (like I’ve experienced with other places in the past). They also have weekend hours and are open until 6pm weekdays which is great. Definitely recommend!

New World Eye Care is phenomenal! I lost my glasses and was desperate for a new pair, and they got me in for an appointment the same day. I even was able to walk out with glasses made! Everyone was super friendly too. The one drawback is that their selection of glasses, especially their basic frames, was pretty outdated. It took me a long time to find a pair that I could feel comfortable in. That said, they definitely do have a bunch of options and I loved my experience there.

Always register online for the timing, it helps speed up the process! And you barely have to wait. My eye exam was done in 30 minutes! There r a lot of glasses, many branded too! The eye doctor was very nice, and the people in the front desk always make sure they are taking note of u.

The gentlemen who helped my father and I was very accommodating and friendly. He reassured us and made us feel as secure with our choice as possible. Gave us the break down and was very patient with us. He was professional and polite. Great place to go to if your parents aren’t fluent in English, they can translate and better communicate with them. Thank you for your service.

Stopped in on a Saturday with no appointment and was seen despite them being busy. Very polite and welcoming. I wasn’t rushed and my insurance benefits were explained to me clearly. I also left with contact lenses. Very pleased and I’ll be back.

I love going to New World Vision, I go to get my vision checked and to keep up with the latest colored contact lens and designer sunglasses. The atmosphere is always pleasant and you have a great time with friendly staff that welcomes you.

I’ve been coming here for years and this is the best place to get your eye wear in the city. The people here are very nice and patient with you so you feel more comfortable when you are visiting. I came in as a walk in and I was seen as soon there was an availability. They also accept many types of insurances which is nice because most places do not take my insurance. Such a family oriented place I would recommend and come back here.

Great service!!! Highly recommended they take Medicaid and virtually every insurance. I just found me new eye doctor for all my needs. They offer same day expedited services and you can leave with your new prescription in 20 minutes. Its a great option for anyone that needs same day service in order to see correctly.

New World Vision is the best place to take yourself or your child if you need glasses. I have been coming here for service for the last 6 years and have never ever been disappointed. The high quality customer service is what I like the most. Lym goes the extra mile every time with our insurance company to make sure my childs specialized eyeglass prescription is covered. And the doctor is so good with kids. She not only gets the best eyeglass prescription strength, she also adds in features to help their eyes not to worsen as much over time. My family and I have been going to New World Vision since I was a kid. It is a family-oriented and great eye care center. From my siblings and I getting a decade worth of contacts, glasses, and eye/vision test we have never complained about the service. The eye test are simple and straight forward. I have never had a problem and my prescription has always been perfect. The staff are all very helpful and a great language liaison between my parents and I. They have my orders prepared and ready in a timely manner. I have no complaints. I am and will be continuing my patient eye-care at New World Vision.

Messed up my prescription for contacts. Asked me what my prescription was rather than checking my eyes - even though they were checking the prescription of my glasses in the same appointment. The two prescriptions are different now and I cant see with my contacts but see great with glasses - does not make any sense. They said Id be getting a years supply of contacts for the price quoted (which is what I asked them to order), showed up when they said the order was in and they only had 6 months worth for the same price - a price that was close to what it was going to be to order a full year online. Will not return.

I like this place above the all the places I went before. The Doctor Nguyen took his time exam my eye and tell me a lot about my eye that no other doctors told me. The reception and sale man are very friendly and educated me any step that i made a purchased. My best place to shopping an eye glasses for many years. This office always took me as I walk-in and my eye exam was quick and very thoroughly. All of the staffs are very well trained and helped me what I need. The manager is very helpful training my contact fitting which I was hesitated to get it for couple years. Im a real picky and hard to please a guy (ask my ex – wives). Ive been going to New World Vision Center since 2004 and have since purchased seven pairs of prescription glasses from them. The service and convenience of this place is amazing. Ive always been able to walk in on a whim and be serviced immediately. They always seem to have an optometrist on duty to quickly and thoroughly, examine my vision. The staff is low-key and extremely helpful and accommodating. In two instances, where I was being fussy and wasnt hundred percent satisfied with my progressive lenses, they quickly, and without objection, re-examined me and made the lens is perfect. The selection and styles of frames are very good; the prices are probably on the lower side of average; in the parking is ample. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
