This is a great place to host a party or a movie night! The staff is curteous, knowledgeable and helpful! The prices to rent space at this venue are great! The kids love the game room! I also rented a clown from a business card that I received from the front desk. Giggles the clown fromD&J Entertainment was awesome!

Small friendly gym. Ive been going here for years with my son. Its a nice place to work out and there are a bunch of great programs for kids!

Great staff. Great summer camp for special need kids and really for all kids. My son has been going to this summer camp for 7 or 8 years and loves it!

Everyone here makes you feel so welcomed. Its like coming home to family. Truly love Tai Chi with Marcus. Hes great!

I was here for an event. Its a fine facility for working out, but not conducive to vendor events. The staff were nice. Bathrooms need updating and a good cleaning

I went there to gather some infos about their classes. Man... while its great and all, I feel like it was too expensive for my budget (then again, it is my opinion). To others it might be affordable but this lady gotta pay her bills and live on this budget not survive... live ..... And to be quite honest I do not know how great their classes are but I wanted to try out the Zumba because this lady here needs to shed some weight! Maybe I will one day... And I will come back with a new review!

Very nice place I had a great time it was my great grandsons first birthday and I had a great time so anybody can go there I would try had a lot of nice workout machines if youre in a fitness mood

Small gym with about 15 pieces of equipment. High security system in place even needed to enter the bathroom. Never a pleasant experience. As a part of my job I take a person who is a member.

I go there for therapy. I would recommend the therapy place to any body. The name of it is Capstone Physical Therapy.

Went for a childs birthday party. Facility was clean and seemed to have a lot to offer.

A nice place to attain an equanimous frame of mind and to practice yoga .They also offer various other activities to keep yourself fit and both your mind and body occupied.

Great computer class .The girls that work there are great .My son has special needs and it is a great program.

The new gym equipment and layout is amazing. Very affordable membership packages for the gym and for cardio classes. You will love the instructors (Denises Zumba, Dottie & Jackies Cardio Kettlebell are my faves) and personal trainers, all have years of experience and certifications. Also a great location to host a party with their reasonable room rental options. Something for everyone!
