Excellent service and responsive to all emails or calls within 24 hours. Has no problem when I occasionally seek outside medical opinion which todate has been in total agreement with her advice and recommendation . Love fact when you have an appointment it means you have a time and not a requirement to sit around office waiting for an hour or more like other providers.

Amazing doctor, very professional, and exceptionally helpful. I needed to get an MRI done on my elbow and she made an appointment for it the very next day to a location minutes away from where I live. The staff are just as wonderful as her too!

In Dr. Irina Joukovas office, You will feel like family. Dr. Joukova is not just a cardiologist < but terapist and a psychologist as well. In other words , she is everithing in one package. She does not a suplement a computer - she is a computer-like of her field , but with the kindness and bedside manner you would expect from a real human being. Her words heal and her knoledge is inmatched . In addition, the staff in this office could not be better, and together , they provide the best treatment in the city.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Irina Joukova, MD, Ph.D. and her staff. My journey to find a PCP and as as an additional bonus, a Cardiologist, was magnificent. I have searched for many months however, with the pandemic, many doctors who were listed as accepting new people, were not. Dr. Joukova, her Nurse, Technicians and the young ladys at the front desk are all fantastic. From my first call to make an appointment to the examinations once I arrived were professional, compassionate and kind. Thank you all!

This doctor Joukova is very rude and unprofessional. She is not interested in making you healthy, but how much money she can get from your health insurance by making varies frauds. If you care about your health, please, stay away from this pseudo doctor.

So,lets start with what happened today. I waited(2 hours)patiently for when she called me. After I said I have a baby at home,only then I called. And as I went into the doctors office she was naughty. She saidNext time say a voice or something,that u have a child. That is,if I didnt say that a child was waiting for me at home,would I wait even more?! Instead of saying sorry that you waited so long she was rude. That is,Im still guilty of sitting and patiently waiting for my turn?! I came home and left a review here with one star and after they called and told me I have to find another doctor,because I left one star review😁She didnt like my review and I didnt like the way she treats patients. I STRONGLY DONT RECOMMEND Waiting for two hours isnt normal for me,when u and someone else are in the waiting room.
