This place is a horrible joke gone bad. Was referred by local eye specialist was told they would call us about appointment waited 10 days. Called them was told they would call us back waited most of the day. Called them again. They are only in it for the money dont give a damn about the people.

Went for my appt Monday at 6am after waiting over a month, only to be turned away because I didn’t have a referral that they didn’t tell me I needed when I set the appt up.Spent $200 on hotel, $50 in turnover told, $40 gas, $15 parking at hotel, $35 for 3 hrs at their blah. Only to be told I could pay on cash $3,000 or go home.Very rude women at the front desk, office manager obviously manages nothing because I asked to speak to him and he was standing right at the front desk looking at me, looked at my chart and never acknowledged me. As I sat crying in their waiting room for 3 hrs not once did anyone see if I was ok. Heartless people work here. Ocular melanoma apparently doesn’t matter To them, they want cash.. which I don’t have
