My son has been enrolled alittle after he was 1 years old. I absolutely love this daycare and the staff. My son tells me about how his day went and what he did. My son loves this daycare and his friends that he made. They do arts and crafts, circle time, they taught my son the ABCs, numbers. They are very understanding, very friendly and they always listen when i have something to say. When my son has a scratch, they always have a incident report ready by the time i get there for pick up.I cried on my sons last day, when i have more children they will definitely be enrolled here!

I’m not the one to make bad reviews and bash people out! But, I’m highly upset for many reasons! First let’s start out by telling how it was and my experience on my 15 month daughter’s first day!So, I go to pick my daughter up and I get report from the infant/ toddler room teacher and she said that my daughter was given EGG SALAD during lunchtime! Ok no big deal... but wait for it... ! The fact that I stated, on my daughters enrollment paperwork that she was allergic to eggs and had a reaction to it before and broke out in hives! That just totally got disregarded! I got this response afterwards “she didn’t eat it anyway”Like hello what! That’s not the point! The owner HEATHER did not appropriately communicate to her staff that my daughter was allergic to eggs! I even stated that she had an appointment to see a allergist coming in 2 weeks. Thankfully my daughter did not have a reaction to the egg salad. But this should not have happen! I have much more to say! But, I rather not!My daughter will just not be returning to ADVENTURE ALLEY! BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!! Parents! This place lacks communication big time!PS. *To throw something in there I had to beg for a daily activities sheet! Something that should of been given during enrollment!
