Good store with helpful staff. If you dont know what youre looking for, it can be a little overwhelming.

I Spent $140 on makeup that was recommended by a makeup specialist here. The makeup wasn’t my shade when I went home to try it. While in the store, the specialist was supposed to show me how to do my makeup to cover a bruise. She rushed the job and didn’t correct it, just told me not to use as much product as she did. So I left not knowing how to correctly apply it, and went to YouTube to find tutorials. Then that’s when I found out the makeup was completely incorrect from my tone.

Everyone who worked in this store on Saturday May 15th was super helpful. Special shout out to Asaiah (I hope I am not misspelling her name) (pronounced as Asia) because she was super sweet and friendly at the counter and helped me pick an awesome lip mask.

Everyone is so helpful, from the security guard to the make up staff. Nice selection of shades of makeup too!

Usually love Ulta but at this location the cashiers push the credit card too hard to the point where it feels uncomfortable. Just one no thank you is not enough for them, you end up saying no thank you about five times. Would rather just shop online at this point.

Got my eyebrows done by Kelsey C. and I have to say I’m so in love with them! They tend to be difficult to shape but she gave them life. Don’t even need to fill them in.

Place has everything. I get my eyebrows waxed here by Kelsey. She does a great job...highly recommend! She books up fast so make your appointment in advance and you can do it online.

You can go in and basically play with makeup, trying on all samples. The store associates walk around the store and hand out special discounts when they see you purchasing items. Best way to buy makeup, try on until you find what works. 💄💋

I should’ve went with my first mind and never came back to this store. You can definitely see the difference in how the workers treat different races. No one ever greets you when you walk in unless you look like them. There’s never any on the floor to help and when you ask them while they’re on the register they seemed so bothered. This was my 3rd (and last) time and each visit there’s an issue. I would just order online but I think I’ll just support another company altogether.

Staff was very friendly and willing to assist us in finding the perfect perfume as well as foundation. Store well organized and stocked. Found everything in 1 trip. Hope to return the next time Im in the area.

NEVER COMING BACK! I went to Ulta to get my makeup done. It was horrible. I didn’t get a greeting and I was looking to see where I needed to go to get my makeup done, I was lost and no one offered assistance. I had to go to the register to ask someone because everyone else was too busy. When I walked out and got into good lighting I noticed how horrible my makeup was, super white shade and my eyebrows were filled in horribly. I paid for it but went home and took it all off.

RACIST STAFF!!! I came here to buy gifts for my sisters but the employees at this location make you feel alienated if you’re any color other than white, they linger around you and the big security guard will assume you will steal something just to follow you around throughout the entire store like a predator. Only 1 or 2 actual competent employees. Won’t be returning

I wish I could remember the name of the lady that was helping me on my last visit so u could give her a shout out. She was so knowledgeable and helped me find the exact lip color Ive been trying to find for a while, even with my vague description. I love that they have both high end and drugstore brands and the reps dont force the most expensive items on you all the time. I call this my grown woman candy store since this is where I go when I deserve a small treat. I could be here for hours if theyd let me.

Went here spur of the moment and have never been to an Ulta store before. A staff member was the light of my life. So helpful and did everything in her power to make sure my experience was amazing. Definitely will be back

By far the worst customer service compared to other locations. Every time I’m in this store I’m never greeted, employees will just stare at you when you walk in ... Girls are too busy conversing with one another... You feel too uncomfortable to even ask for help.

Today was my 2nd visit to this store & I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. My 1st time I went for a good color safe shampoo, easy enough, but today I went in for some lipstick, something I figure at age 40, its time I buy. The sales associate Jose, was EXTREMELY helpful, after explaining what I was kind of looking for he picked out some colors & tested each one on me in a 100% professional, patient & sanitary manner. He didnt push anything on me or try to sell the most expensive brands, which I kind of expected. Unfortunately the 2 colors I decided on were out of stock, thank goodness for the website!

Horrible customer service Nikki the manager needs anger management classes and therapy. Overall a serious diversity training is needed and a security officer who is trained in describing as opposed to threatening consumers

The staff is super bubbly and I had 3 or 4 staff members offer me help as I had been holding several items with no bag in tow. The store was also clean and organized, which is perfect for a company that sells cosmetics.

I went here almost 3 weeks ago and got my hair cut, dyed, and straightened by Briana. She was great. As someone with natural hair, I was concerned that this store wouldnt be able to help me. Im glad to have been wrong.My hair is still mostly straight after 3 weeks 3 snow storms, 5 rainy days, 2weeks of humidity, and sleeping on it. She did me right. She worked with me to figure out what I wanted, talked me through what needed to happen, and was engaging.Im definitely going back. I already have plans to get another blowout next week.

I went there today to pick up make up cause I love Ulta but I normally go to Cherry Hill Nj and I hate that I went to this one. First I picked some make up then I went to the fragrance section mind you I was there for 5 minutes and all I felt was this dude a security officer watching me like if I was going to steal something very uncomfortable. I rapidly picked up what I needed and paid and left. I spent close to 250.00 I have a rewards card plus a credit card why in the world would I need to steal. STOP TREATING ALL THE SAME AND TRAIN THAT SECURITY GUARD TO STOP BEING SO OBVIOUS. WILL NEVER GO BACK. CALLED THE STORE 15 MINUTES ON HOLD AND NO MANAGER ANSWERED.

No one would come and ask if I needed help, so when I finally did find someone she answered me with an attitude and still didn’t even help me. Love this store but would be helpful if there was more people out on the floor with the customers. Or get security guards that can answer beauty questions cuz they never leave the floor, kill 2 birds, one stone, just saying. Lol. And yes they are a little pricey but 1) they always have sales going on and 2) you can return items easily within the timeframe allowed as long as they still have at least 80% of product left. For me personally ill pay extra for the ability to test and return any item.

Ulta is making me think Im crazy??? I get a PREVIEW of black fridays sale 2days ago..Last night I get a page ,with all the Products that are Supposed to be on sale on Thursday & Friday,,but it says THEY ARE SOLD OUT???? .HOW CAN ITEMS BE SOLD OUT, IF THEY ARENT BEING SOLD til THURDAY & FRIDAY???? can someone explain this to me...im already waiting to go to Ulta on thursday ,for this big sale ,but why bother going if theyre sold out already,2days before they go on sale????

I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt due to the convenience. However, every time I shop here the security guard follows me around like I’m trying to steal something. I have no reason to steal from Ulta when I am a rewards member and spend a lot of money in this place. I was in the face mask section and I saw the guard walk to the end of the aisle and watch me as if I wanted to steal a $2 face mask. Then I proceeded to another aisle and low and behold the security guard followed me again. I was over it to the point where I put everything back and walked out of the store. I would rather go to Macy’s, the drugstore, or Sephora than to be profiled in Ulta. I will never recommend this location to anyone ever!

Had the worst experience ever I go in with my 3yr old daughter right after work ( I work in the medical field so I barely had makeup on I go in no greeting i just start browsing I then proceeded to the morphe aisle and there was the manger and two employees stocking , I get no greeting no can I help you nothing . But then two older ladies well dressed come in and get greeted and waited on. I just pay for my things and leave on top of that the cashier doesn’t give me my free gift with purchase cause she must not think I know nothing about makeup and ulta.

I got an amazing haircut with Madison! She is so professional! She made my hair alive again! She also recommended amazing products to keep my hair healthy!

I visit the store on November 15th and the sales associates were very helpful they took there time to try and find the right colors for me. However the sales associate I dealt with was alittle pushy with trying to get me to buy extra items. I even asked her if she got paid by commission. All in all it was a nice experience.

I went to Ulta today and I tried to return an item with a receipt and the manager was unprofessional, not friendly, and did not provide good customer service skills at all. Ulta’s store policy is that returns are accepted within 60 days or store credit is provided after that time frame. The manager gave me incorrect information and did not seem to care that I have done this before. I would much rather drive an extra 30 minutes to get better customer service at another Ulta location.

I was in this store today and couldnt help feeling like I was being racially profiled. There was a black guard literally pacing around the one isle where there is one strip of mens fragrances! On top of that a associate asked me if I need assistance I told her Im fine and she just starred at me.....and kept staring as she walked away smh I reluctantly made a purchase because I needed the fragrance for a gift but ultra beauty needs to do better. Needless to say i will never be shopping there again. Please take your hard earned money a mile down the road to Macys.

I love this salon! Katie did an amazing job with my hair, she listened to my concerns and gave me the exact haircut/treatment that I have asked for.

Mostly young inexperienced staff with very little knowledge of too many products. Its the end of January and the store hasnt been properly stocked since before Black Friday. I dont know how you run a store if you dont stock it.

Formal Ulta employee, Ebony and Gianna have the worst costumer service Ive experience. If a customer has an issue make them feel comfortable and apologize for the inconvenience instead of giving an attitude and act as if customer satiscation isnt part of your job. Explain and dont assume. Also if there is stuff needed to be stocked instead of standing around restock it makes the store look nicer!

I found the store very clean and organized. I took me awhile to find someone to help. When I stopped looking for help a woman approached me (she was coming back from break) she was very professional and helpful.

I didnt even have a product in my hand. Yet he followed me around the whole store. I went to fragrances he stood at Bare Minerals display!!! He was profiling me! There were plenty of people in the store! I guess you like to follow mature white ladies????? And i called corp . Oh a store employee will call you! BULL!!!!!! If this is how you do business you can keep your products! There is NO accountability at Ulta. They dont take any complaint seriously!!!
