I have been a client for quite some time with Hector Ivan my hair stylist. He is wonderful, extremely professional, courteous, and detailed in his work. Nick is also excellent, he is a jack of all trades lol. He answers the phones, always works with me with the scheduling of my appointments, very customer service oriented and keeps the salon looking exceptions clean.I recommend this salon to ANYONE; You DEFINITELY get what you pay for here.

I absolutely love Pascal Roger and the hair cuts he gives me every time. I trust whatever he wants to do. He is an award winning stylist, in global competitions and can do any style with the best skill. I have short hair and it has been a challenge finding someone who can cut it so I don’t look drab. My husband also started going to him and loves his cuts as well. When people stop you on the street to ask you where you got your cut you know you found your right stylist.

Ever since I moved to Philadelphia 8 years ago I have been going to Royal hair salon. Within those eight years i can honestly say I have left there with a perfect haircut every time. This is coming from a 50 something year old single guy trying to look younger. She nails it!!! From the time you walk in the door, to having your hair washed, and finally having your haircut done is an incredible experience. Ellen does fantastic work! Dont take my word for it... Try it... Youll love it!!!

I cannot begin to describe how Pascal has improved my life over the last 5 years! Each and every time I visit the salon, Pascal takes the time to observe my hair and makes recommendations that are so suitable and flattering that I walk out with gorgeous hair and more confidence, feeling like a new person. While the price is certainly higher than a discount haircut, Pascal styles with an eye to extending the life of my cut so I can come back several months later. I cannot recommend 21M and Pascal Roger highly enough!

I love Moes but havent ventured out much lately. Stopping at Moes was excellent. I ordered online walked in and picked it up. Online menu has some limitations but worked fine for me. YUM.

Pascal truly knows the (lost) art of a great haircut. He had been expertly cutting my hair for 15+ years when I relocated out of state. Can’t find anyone in my new city to match Pascal, I always get my haircut with Pascal when I’m in town. Plus, he’s a great guy. Highly recommended, for men or women.

Pascal has been cutting my hair since 1998 and I have never had a bad hair day. He is a master at not only cutting hair but making sure the style fits the persons face, style and lifestyle. And a big shout out to Paul for always giving me the most natural highlights!!!! Pascal and his staff are truly a gem in Philadelphia.

Best salon in Philadelphia with some of the best hairstylists in the tri-state region. Especially Pascal who has been cutting my hair for well over 20 years.

The salon is open and inviting. Its nicely decorated and not cluttered. Stephanie was awesome. She took her time to understand my journey and then, explain her philosophy to cutting hair. She explained her process and talked me throughout the process. Since my big chop, she was the first to really achieve my goal and look. She is highly recommended and I will be returning.

Since 1993 just 1 person has cut my hair. Pascal Roger (21M Proprietor). Why? Because hes talented, thoughtful, has a great eye for style, can get the most out of whatever your hair can do. Pascal is a gem. Trained in Paris where he styled hair for runway models, he moves the shears with uncommon finesse and speed. Done in no time at all and always perfect. World class service and talent at a fair price in a pleasant atmosphere. Give Pascal a try. Im pretty sure you will be back. (He has been cutting my wifes hair too for over a decade.) Pascals high standards are evident throughout the salon and its capable staff.

Overall, I had a good haircut and a good experience here. I scheduled a same-day appointment with Josie. Scheduling was easy and they had plenty of appointments available. Josie was friendly and gave me a lot of attention. The decor inside is not quite what I hoped for – I like a spot that feels more like a neighborhood living room, I guess – but otherwise I would recommend, especially if you need a haircut right away as I did. The price was just a little steep for me, as I paid $44 plus tip for a mens haircut.

Bella did my hair and she was so coked up the entire time it was sad.She kept going to the bathroom.She had sugar boogers all over her nose.Shes annoying and unprofessional!Its really a bad look for this nice salon.

Adore this salon - clean and professional and none of the attitude you usually encounter at some of the other high end city salons. Previously I had the same hair stylist for several years, so I was a bit apprehensive and wanted to be conservative during the change.The décor/ambiance is also great, and so is the staff. The chair used to wash my hair was adjusted ergonomically, very comfortable. Also loved the smells of the shampoo line they use. The 21M salon is conveniently located in center city Philadelphia, and there is a parking garage across the street from the saloon.

Great hair color with Vita!!

I am a NYC transplant here in Philly and tried several places when I needed a fresh cut. I was chopped up, cut up and embarrassed so many times after leaving other salons in this very outdated non trendy city that is stuck in the 80s and 90s. I gave up hope and actually would go back to NYC to get my cuts and was wasting time and lots of money. One Friday I had a last minute date and I wanted to freshen up my sides but I didnt have time to drive into NYC for a cut. I was passing Ellens salon and I just popped in. I hit the jackpot. She is trained like a NYC stylist and a true hidden gem. I was shocked that out of all the salons I went to her little non marketed salon was the gold I needed. I now only use her unless Im in NYC. Not only is she amazing at listening to what you want and not making u look like your out of a 90s music video but she is legit a quarter of what I would pay in NYC. I tell her always to increase her prices but she wont and will just laugh at me. I can not thank Ellen enough for always making me look my best and giving me confidence time after time when I leave her salon. Thank you Ellen!!! Ps she is quite amusing to talk to while your in her chair also. Always a good convo and lots of laughing. Xoxo

Tried to stop by here to use the bathroom. First I was told no before I even finished asking the question. Then I was told no soliciting??? Then when I explained I wasn’t soliciting the owner & another man still had an attitude as she said I’d have to be a customer to use the bathroom. And I should just go across the street. Why would I spend money in a place that treated me so rudely?? And when I was leaving she was saying something about buying something. I left and don’t plan on returning and won’t recommend this place to anyone.
