I been very good customer of Sharon for many years. 25 years to be exact. I am very disappointed with her disposition, her utter greed for money and lack of respect for high paying customers.For example I always come on time for my appointments but I have waited up to four hours for service of a scheduled appointment. She put her friends walking and even her church friend ahead of me on many occasions. When I protest these actions discreetly I am punished by her with a less than complementary and long lasting hairdo.I am also hounded for tips to pay her shampoo persons though they are hired by her and paid based mainly on tips. This treatment is in lieu of her demanding tips she for her services while trying to push re-shop clothing she purchases on discount and then marks it up, nasty pies made by family members and constant solicitation of trips and cruises she promotes and prods customers to partake or participate in. I often feel like I am at a flea market not a hair salon.I have patiently put up with this bizarre treatment even providing her with discount codes and coupons of high-end stores I have frequented, worked at or have accounts with in the King of Prussia Mall.Things finally reach a crescendo on two occasions. 1) I brought the wrong credit payment method that would not complete the transaction for her services, I told her I would stop by the next day and provide her with the funds. She demanded I pay her that day. I stated is this the way you treat customers that have paid for services diligently for over 25 some years? I restarted my promise and left the salon. To my dismay I got several calls and text for her that day regarding where was her money! I ignored them and dropped of the payment the next day. When completing that transaction she stated that I could never pay with credit again only cash!Finally on another occasion prior to this, she harassed me, called my former job, threatened to take me to small claims court all for a $15 tip that I did not have to pay her shampoo girl because I had just been laid off from my Selling Specialist job @ K of P Mall. Finally after several threatening phone calls by Sharon I changed my number. She responded by telling me never to come back again after I attempted to pay her shampoo girl the $15 tip.Please , please, please! If you are a docile non-confrontational person such as I DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SHARON IN THIS SALON. YOU WILL REGRET IT AND YOUR BOSS WILL THINK YOU HANG OUT WITH CRAZIES.come on do She very for mone going back.
