I’m surely one of their younger clients, and was nervous about getting a hearing aid. From the moment I walked through the door Grady and his staff put me at ease. I was pleasantly surprised at the wide variety of options. Im a bit vain and didnt want the old fashioned type of aid that is visible. Happy to report that my aid is discreet, people are shocked that I am wearing it, and the best part is I CAN HEAR again! My hearing aid is comfortable (once you get used to it) easy to use, and has a great app for my phone. They were patient with me, very detailed in their instructions and great with follow up. I was so happy with my experience that I brought my 81 year old father in for two new hearing aids, and he is thrilled as well. Grady and his staff go above and beyond in caring for their clients and it is worth every penny.
