I am a former employee from this organization.I had many problems working here by Susan Palantino, Executive Office. There was problems with Disability, Medicare and SIAM. I worked here for 30 years. She heads the organization with really bad decisions. Many staff says the same thing. I was fired.The Distribution and Mail Dept was so disorganized and mismanagement. The supervisor and dept no one cares. Customers packages are always wrong, the inventory is a disaster, the mail system are always broken and no one cares at this place. I am so happy out of this called hell. If you work in the Distribution Dept, Good Luck!!!!!The storage area is overstock with books, journals, and so many promo items and trash.No equipment like forklift or power pallet jack.Like I said, no one cares here.Management should be replaced.
