My experience with the Moday Center over the last year has been excellent. Dr. Moday and Olivia are both super caring and compassionate people and it shows when they work with their patients. It is refreshing to find doctors who really care about the root cause of my issues and who think outside of the box and aren’t just looking for a band aid to put on the problem. They are very motivated to help solve my health challenges and we have made improvements with my digestive/gut issues. The communication has been fantastic throughout my program and it has been extremely comforting to know that when I send them a message via their portal system I can always expect a response within a day or so. I would highly recommend checking out the Moday Center for functional medicine.

Dr. Moday and the Moday center staff have helped restore my overall health. For the first time in many years, my thyroid labs are stable and in an optimal range. The supplements Dr. Moday added to my health regimen address my specific needs, and I have seen a marked improvement in my energy level, mood, and overall well being. I whole-heartedly recommend the Moday Center for anyone looking for an improvement in their health under the care of a doctor who is willing to uncover the root cause of illness as opposed to just masking symptoms. Thank you Dr. Heather Moday and the Moday Center staff--you are the best!!

I love the Moday Center! The Moday Center takes a state of the art approach in helping patients discover true health and wellbeing. Dr. Moday takes the time to investigate and understand the root of issues that are often just masked by medication. Olivia, the registered dietician nutritionists, takes a personal approach to optimal nutrition and offers amazing guidance. Kristie, the receptionist is incredibly helpful and always has a great energy. It is a unique experience to take part in healing your body from the inside out using the latest science and technology. I am so grateful I invested in my future.

I cant recommend Dr. Moday and her team highly enough. I love my primary care docs but they dont do what Dr. Moday and her team do in terms of lifestyle changes needed for health. I was not well emotionally or physically when I started seeing Dr. Moday and meds werent making a difference. They really helped me turn things around with very practical advice, specific tests, nutrition and supplements-all recommendations they had used themselves. I plan on seeing them again this year to work even harder on the health I want. Thank you!!

Dr. Moday has helped me so much with my gut issues. Especially Sibo. So many doctors have no idea what this is and she has started to help me on the path of healing. Its a long road but one that I am hopeful for. Olivia is a great nutritionist. She has given me ideas since Im limited, on things to eat that Ive never tried before.

I am so grateful this office exists. I found Dr. Moday after my conventional specialists had given up on me and told me that the only other treatments for my GI and skin issues were routine invasive procedures. Dr. Moday believed the symptoms I had were due to underlying imbalances rather than being idiopathic and not worth treating, as my other doctors had said. After seeing her for two months I was able to eat foods I hadnt been able to eat in two years without GI upset (apples, legumes, cruciferous veggies) and the cystic acne I had for 15 years started to clear away. She also adjusted my thyroid med after looking at my antibodies (Hashimotos), something no doctor has ever taken the time to look at despite having thyroid disease for 18 years. Again, Im very grateful her practice is available in Philly!

I did one intake appointment. She said to come back after I finished moving. Then I got allMy finances together and called her when I was ready and she told me she would not accept me because I am not 100 percent committed. I’m A nurse whoDoes the Wahls protocol works out has MS and has just finished my first marathon. I have read every book On FM and plan to get certified in it soon. I guess I need to put myself on the list for Kresser. Or find a FM practitioner in NJ.. probably both...

Dr. Heather Moday is incredible! I joined her practice last summer and, already in fairly good health, expected I’d only need to maintain what progress I’d made. After taking my history in our first session, she ordered comprehensive blood work to be done. Two weeks later when I returned to find out where I stood, I was startled to learn I wasn’t quite as healthy as I’d previously thought.First, the genetic testing she ordered showed that I had both genes for Alzheimer’s Disease and that my particular combination put me in a risk group well above 50 percent to get this dread disease. As well, with these two markers, I learned that symptoms often begin in the late forties or fifties. On other tests I was on more encouraging ground but everything was certainly not optimal. She altered and added to the supplements I was taking, put me on an even more disciplined exercise regime, and gave me a title and told me to read this book: The End of Alzheimer’s: The First Program to Prevent and Reverse Cognitive Decline by Dr. Dale Bredesen. At the time my own mother was in the late stages of dementia and had I been privy to this new information, we could have saved her life or made her last years more fruitful. After my visit with Dr. Moday, I then went to Olivia Neely, her nutritionist, who taught me about dietary changes that would help improve my health. By eating more fiber, including probiotics and prebiotics to my diet, she got me on the right track. Two months later, following the advice and suggestions of both Dr. Moday and Olivia Neely, my cholesterol levels made a huge improvements. My LDL went from 106 down to 68! As well, all my other markers improved, too.Two months later I became starkly aware that my cognition had been gradually improving. I started to remember numbers, addresses, and wasn’t lost to find the right word in a conversation. I could keep my train of thought in a discussion and hold my own in making my points as in days of old. I realized, just like Eleanor, in Chapter 3 of Bredesen’s book, I had been coming out of Alzheimer’s myself.Had it not been for Dr. Moday and her incredible team, I would have gone the way of my own mother. This practice, that now includes Jon Mitchell, her bright, young Physician’s Assistant, is the gem of the medical world here in Philadelphia and not to be missed. Yes, it can be a bit pricy, but it has been worth every penny I spent.Dr. Moday and her team gave me back my life!
