Overall, I had a great experience with Dr. Kim. Literally all of the staff starting from the people from the first floor who aren’t even in the ear department were super friendly and upbeat, and really made me feel welcome. This guy in the main entrance was seriously the best which you normally don’t see in a hospital/doctor setting as they are normally dull. I wish I knew his name. The process for maintaining safety during covid was seriously top notch and I was very impressed.My visit with Dr. Kim overall went very good. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions which I really appreciated it. He definitely eased my concerns and he was very friendly and nice. The only reason I’m giving him a 4 is because I asked him to write down what we talked about (meaning the diagnosis, condition of my ear, what caused it, what he did during the visit etc.) because I tend to forget things, which he said he will do but then when I got the print out from the visit, it was just medicine instructions and information about swimmers ear. I wish he had summarized what was discussed during the visit but that may have just been a communication issue on my part. But honestly everything else was great, and I would definitely recommend him and the place in general.

Great facility! All of the staff was helpful and accommodating.Dr. Kim is absolutely amazing.He is a very accomplished ENT Doctor With a wonderful manner. He is patient and thoroughly explained everything. He diagnosed and totally fixed my ear problem.

Dr. Luke Kim is absolutely phenomenal! Dr. Kim listens to his patient and promptly plans for treatment. I am in the beginning stages of his treatment plan and I’m showing some positive signs that relief is on the way. Dr. Kim is the best ENT doctor I’ve ever found and he definitely deserves so much more recognition.

My 5 year old son stuck something in his ear and the entire staff was amazing in caring for him. From signing in to the nurse that had my son comfortable and smiling. Then there’s the doctor. He removed the object quickly and also helped my son to feel at ease throughout the process which in turn gave me relief. I would definitely recommend this office!

Dr. Becker was great. The visit was quick and when he could confirm that he could not help me further. He referred me right away to the next specialist I needed to see.

Dr Kim really listened to my concerns, assessed my situation and offered dietary adjustments and a prescription which combined, ultimately helped to resolve the issue within a month. He and the other staff members I interacted with were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I was impressed! Dr. Rosenstein was very clear about what was causing my teenage daughter’s shortness of breath. He was able to explain the problem in a way that was easy to understand. He was also clear that he wanted to find simple solutions to the problem, if possible, before trying more extreme remedies. We could tell that he was concerned and truly cared. He didn’t rush our appointment at all and his solution resolved my daughter’s issue!

Went in for a new patient visit because my nose had been stuffy/had difficulty breathing. All the doctor said was that he would take a look up my nose to see. Next thing I know, I have a large bill for a nasal endoscopy procedure (charged at $1775 and only partially covered by insurance). Never explained that this could possibly be an added charge, that the procedure had a name, or that looking up my nose with a light and tube would be so expensive. Billing department would do nothing for me, saying I went so I accepted the charges. I wont go back. Doctors should be transparent about what they are doing.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Rosenstein really listened to my concerns and gave all the information I needed to make informed decisions regarding my care and treatment.

Went to Dr. Rosenstein for a deviated septum diagnosis in May which went well.The issue began when I saw Dr. Becker in December for a deviated septum surgery. He is more of a salesman than a doctor. He was trying to convince me to do a full rhinoplasty with my deviated septum surgery which would be around 9k. I didnt like how pushy he was and he doesnt have a very trusting demeanor so I decided to leave. For the consultation, I was told that I wouldnt be charged and the receptionist stated dont worry about it. 10 months later I receive a call from a collection agency because theyd been mailing bills to the wrong address for $102. I call the finance department and speak to Jessica who doesnt understand how healthcare works. I am told that I shouldve called them to update my address when I moved as if it is my priority. It is the job of the office to obtain the correct address.Anyways, I went with someone else. There are plenty of choices in Philadelphia and Becker is the most expensive and least transparent from my phone calls/appointments.

The doctor was extremely thorough and thoughtful. It was a great experience.
