My father in law lives here and the place is absolutely beautiful. His apartment is really nice and just the right size for him.

Staff is great, professional and shows genuine concern for clients. Would definitely recommend.

Stay away from the northeast location! They do not care about your parents only the money that they bring in. You will be left out the loop for everything, including medical. My father has been sitting home without medications for 4 day. Snow storm or not they should allow you to pick up medication. Beth should be fired she runs the ghetto facility ON ROOSEVELT bLVD. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Contact State Dep. of Health for complaints! I will be removing my father asap!

Just not happy with them anymore if my mother sneezed the wrong way they would call me and explain a game plan staff say theyre going to call you back dont call not pleased with them anymore now they just cant seem to get it together at all IT IS TRULY THE WORST THEYVE ADDED MORE STRESS TO S ALREADY STRESSFUL SITUATION JUST NOT HAPPY WITH THEM AT ALL.
