I met Adam and Teresa in June 2011 when I walked into their office and almost burst into tears. I had been seeing doctors and therapists for the previous four years for a variety of sports-related injuries, and had experienced little to no improvement. I knew nothing about acupuncture at the time but was confused, in pain and had nothing to lose. The injuries included a torn hamstring tendon that was initially misdiagnosed by an MD in 2007 and that led to extensive back, hip and knee pain, as well as a torn ligament in one shoulder and severe muscle tightness in the other.Walking into their office that day and subsequently making my first appointment with Adam turned out to be life-changing. I experienced improvement within weeks and physically felt like a new person within the first two months of treatment. I was able to return to competitive rowing under Adams care, and the chronic pain I had been living with for years started to disappear! I was truly amazed by acupunctures positive effects and only wish I had known about it as a treatment option sooner.Adam proved an amazing person to work with. He was the first health care provider who truly listened to how I had been feeling, as well as the first to help me make sense of my symptoms. I cannot overstate the depth of his patience, attention, knowledge and care. I saw Teresa a handful of times as well. She was equally as thoughtful and skilled. I would recommend them both to anyone in need of medical help or advice, or to those simply looking to improve their overall well-being.

As a 68 yr old lady , after a hit & run in 91 my back got worst, I hardly was able or do anything, not stand straight, but on the first visit Mrs, T. Tat, did a miracle, I was able to walk straight & hardly felt no pain, if I know then, what I know now, I would had gone to an accupunturist sooner, THANKS TERESA, I RECOMEND A VISIT,,,YOU A MIRACLE WORKER!!!

Staff is very welcoming! The acupuncture replace most of the prescribed medication I was on in as little as two sessions.

I have gone about seven times now and really enjoy the service.

I went to see Adam for knee pain from a recent injury. Within a couple of treatments my pain was gone. Then he was able to help me with my chronic headaches. Adam was able to explain what he was doing in a clear way. He really knows his stuff. Highly recommended.

Wow!....What a great and wonderful experience. I came to Wellpoint in December of 2012. I had just found out that my insurance, Health Partners, pays for treatment. Because it was the end of the year I had the opportunity to visit many times in a week to use up my visits. My acupuncturist, Teresa is very knowledgeable as well as kind. I was treated for common things associated with Diabetes, mostly high blood sugar, and food cravings. I was also menopausal and was having crazy hot flashes. Teresa treated me for all of them and even has reversed my menopause!!! I didnt even know that was possible. Since my visits i have lost 15 pounds, no longer suffer from hot flashes or mood swings and I no longer crave sugary foods. She also treats me for symptoms related to a recent Sinus surgery and those symptoms have improved tremendously. As things comes to mind, I mention and she relieves them right away. I have seen results after the 1st visit. Acupuncture can be used for relief from the simplest thing. The office is clean and professional and after each session I leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I would recommend Wellpoint Oriental Medicine to anyone who is in pain, or has ongoing problems in the body. It works wonders. They sell Chinese Herbs too. Good people!!

During a recent workout at the gym, I severely injured my lower back. I had pain in my back and shooting pains running down my legs. I was forced to miss several days of work until a close friend of mine who had a similar back injury referred me to Adam, from WellPoint. During my initial visit, Adam provided a comprehensive examination and was able to pinpoint the source of my discomfort and put me on a treatment plan that worked to perfection. I was able to return to work (and the gym) in no time. I continue to visit WellPoint on a regular basis and have never felt better. I highly recommend WellPoint to anyone who is looking for a cure to their nagging injury.
