I will always be in Dr.Boles dept because he saved my life. His assistance getting me an immediate cardiac consult was miraculous.He is very intelligent and always up on new medical stuff.You should give him a raise.

Dr Boles and all his Office Staff are absolutely wonderful. Everyone there makes you feel like family. Dr Boles is very thorough. He listens to the patient and keeps us up to date on whats going on, explaining any testing we may need. There is usually an Intern, which I love. A great doctor helping make more great doctors!

Dr Boles really cares for his patients and takes his time with you. He explains everything to you and his LISTENS to you. Which is hard to find. He is a great doctor.

I intended to do a video visit with my doctor, but the equipment on your end didnt work and it was nothing more than a quick/nonchalant phone call with him. And, I am still waiting for and have not received any real helpful referrals/treatment. Please fix the equipment and encourage patients who are at high/higher risk for contracting infections,contagious disease, pandemic viruses, etc. to do video visits rather than encouraging them to come into the office personally.

Dr. Boles is great. He makes me feel like a patient not a number. I finally after 40 yrs have a Dr i can say i really like and feel cared for.

Dr. Steven Boles is the exception to the rule when it comes to physicians, and one of the reasons is HE LISTENS! Dr. Boles makes my husband and I feel as if we are his only patients. He asks good questions and all of this takes place within a reasonable amount of time. I also appreciate how he comminicates in a timely way when I have a medical question or submit a message to have a medication refilled via the patient portal and website. I have come to the conclusion that Dr. Boles was called to be a doctor and I am thankful he answered the call.

Very friendly reception staff makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Back office staff is also friendly and are thorough. Dr Konkowski is such a great doctor that I know I’m in good hands medically speaking. She was knowledgeable and caring. I would highly recommend this clinic to my friends and family. I’m totally satisfied with this experienced doctor and staff.

Dr. Bowles provides excellent customer service and care to his patients. His bedside manner is beyond what I expected. I’ve been a patient of his for almost a decade and I’ve always found him to be caring, informative, and willing to spend as much time as I need with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a general practitioner. While most doctors try to get you in and out and don’t bother to get to know you, Dr. Boles takes an interest in you as a patient and a person.

Everyone there has been very helpful with whatever questions I have & helped me get all my referrals I needed. The girls in the office are fantastic. The therapists will work you hard, which is why were there, but they try to make it fun. They joke with you, if you let them. Tip: if there is a day you wake up and you are in pain. Dont cancel your therapy. Go & tell them where you are hurting. They can help you with the pain and usually make it less painful or even stop.

Dr. Boles has been my primary physician for at least 7 years. He is exceptional in every definition of the word. Most important he.listens thoroughly to my complants and concerns. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

This was a great faculty and welcoming staff. I highly recommend this office for your primary needs. Everyone was great and knowledgeable.

My husband went for his annual exam in December. We have insurance and have never have had to pay. He was charged for his annual exam and we were told by our insurance that HonorHealth sent them the wrong diagnosis code. I called the office and was informed I needed to contact their billing department. I have been calling their billing department since January and have been told that our concerns has been escalated and my dispute reviewed. I called again today and was told that no one has even worked on our dispute that they will try to have it be priority. In the meantime, I am being told if we dont pay it will go to collections. When I ask to speak to a Supervisor I am being told there is nothing further they could help us with this matter. I dont like writing bad reviews but they left me no other option since I was not given information on how to escalate my complaint. Doctors are good but stay away!

On February 15, 2019 I called to make 2 new patient appointments for my husband and myself. When I called and said I wanted the appointments back to back, they schedule one of us for 2pm and the other at 3pm for March 13, 2019. When I made the appointment, I specifically asked if the doctors in the practice prescribe Xanax because of the fact that there is a previous diagnosis of anxiety. They ensured me that the doctor most likely would prescribe it since a diagnosis was made by a different practice. When we got to the location to check in, I asked of we could be seen at the same time in the same room. They told me they would check with thr doctor to see if that was okay. I was fine with that. Then after I paid the copays, they informed me the doctor was running behind and that there were 2 appointments schedule between my husband and me. We waited in the waiting room for an hour before being called back into the room. I told them that we had to leave by 4pm because we had another appointment to get to and that if they couldnt guarantee for us both to be seen and done by 4pm, then I wanted them to just process my husbands appointment and that I would reschedule. The doctors assistant ask what we were being seen for and as soon as we mentioned the history of anxiety as well as the Xanax prescription, she told us the doctor will not prescribe it to any of patients. We then left at that point, got our refund and asked them to remove our information as we will not be returning. I also told them that when I called the schedule, I specifically said I did not want to waste time if the doctor wouldnt prescribe the medication. I wanted an hour of my time sitting in a waiting room for nothing. The only reason we had to switch doctors is because the one we use to go to does not take our insurance. If we could still see our old doctor, we would never have wasted our time here.

Staff was amazing and Dr Boles was great and very knowledgeable.

This place is terrible. DONT GO THERE! They don’t answer the phone, they lock you out of your customer portal. They never call you back. You wait over an hour to be seen. It’s AWFUL.
