Had to visit this place twice this year. Fast, efficient and friendly. Very impressed with the provider Laura Campbell. She was quick and to the point, but informative. Total clean protocols.

The provider we saw was great. The woman at the front desk didnt even say hello to us. After watching her nicely greet the person who came in 15m after us I had to walk up to the desk. She hadnt checked us in. Checking out was the same thing I stood there while she helped multiple people. Maybe she needs more training. Shes a terrible choice for the front desk. Not friendly at all.

The staff was extremely nice. The doctor, nurse, and tech were so good attentive. The doctor was extremely nice to my sons he even let them check the ear with the tools, he didn’t rush us out. The tech that did my my extra was professional and me feel comfortable. Thank you

We had an appointment for 6:10 and where out of the office by 6:45. It was a great experience. Everyone was very nice.

Been very prompt, efficient, caring, & kind. Clean. Have made around 8 visits over past couple years. If it’s a time delay they are good about letting me know. Patients need to understand during busy times or when there are cold/flu spikes it’s gonna take a little longer. Compared to other clinics, this place is superb.

Not Quite Urgent CareTook almost two hours to get called back. This was WITH an appointment. Which was a little funny because in the waiting room they have this HUGE poster that says: “Take the wait out of the waiting room by booking online”. So much for that!The only reason this place is getting a second star is because the attending Nurse Practitioner that finally saw me (after two and a half hours) was very thorough and polite. She almost made me not want to leave a negative review. That’s how great she was, but I don’t think it’s right to leave sick people for over two hours in a waiting room at an URGENT CARE, while giving them zero information on how long the wait was and not providing them an option wait in the comfort of their own home until the Dr is actually ready to see themLong story short: only go here if you have to and don’t mind waiting hours to get help. Hopefully the care you desire isn’t that urgent

Courteous, caring, competent staff went out of their way to treat serious complications from recent surgery. I suspect that my condition presented them with a new challenge, and they had to work out of the box. The doctor sought out and called my surgeon on a weekend to get instructions/procedure to resolve my issue. Im not easily impressed, but this team really impressed me. They are absolutely top drawer!

Took pretty much all day to get in, but once I got there the process was fairly quick and staff was very kind. Doctor was educative and gave me several other recommendations to help me feel better at home. Gave me a work excuse note without having to ask ready for me when I left the clinic:)

The wait times have been pretty long recently (2-2.5 hours) which I understand is due to an influx of COVID cases but also appears to be due to staff shortages. I think at most there are only 2 practitioners working right now, which is not enough to accommodate the influx of cases right now. The staff is doing everything they possibly can to get through patients as quickly and efficiently as possible. The staff have always been so great with my young toddler and really listen to me to do their best to help her feel better. There are no concerns with the quality of care, but I hope Banner can employ more staff as it is so desperately needed so people arent waiting so long to be seen.

The lady at the front desk was pretty rude to all the patients. Maybe she was having a bad day but when dealing with sick people I think a little empathy goes a long way. Her tone of voice definitely made me feel like she very much dislikes her job and wanted to go home ASAP. At first we thought maybe it was just us, but while waiting we seen that she acted the same to all people checking in..... We made an appointment and came early to make sure we were on time but unfortunately we werent seen until over an hour late. Kinda dirty as there were tissues on the floor under the seats in the waiting room and used gloves on the floor inside the exam rooms. Overall I dont feel like my needs were met and I will definitely be using a different urgent care in the future.

The only reason we come back to this urgent care is because it’s close to our home and the doctors are nice. The staff is horrible though, they have the worst attitudes and some of the nurses are rude!

I was in and put of there in less than an hour. Very nice facility. Staff were very nice. The receptionist was on break not very communicative.

I needed to get a Covid test for surgery on Friday. I walked in thecdoor and was greeted with a great big hello from the check in desk!I felt right at home after that. The office and facility were very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and Kelly the nurse explained everything she was doing and going to do. I appreciated that very much.I believe my total time from the time I walked in the building to the time I left was app 10 to 15 minutes!Thanks Banner Urgent Care

Original appointment changed from 1:25 until 2:30 pm. I was notified via text. Still had to wait almost 45 minutes to see Doctor. Pretty packed office..masks required and all complied. The wait was a bit much. Assistant I saw was very nice and thorough.

Everyone at Banner is extremely nice and I always feel real comfortable with the staff. I always prefer to go there if I need health care right away. Also very clean.

Every aspect positive. Front desk kept us informed of wait times. MA was pleasant and efficient. Practitioner was knowledgeable and listened to me. Facility was very clean. Waiting room set up for social distancing and also provided hand sanitizer.

Everyone is always so nice here! I dont usually anticipate my kids getting sick to the point of needing a doctor, so we are always walk-ins!! I hope they dont ever change to needing an appointment like some other urgent cares!

It was very busy had a room full of patients… The girl at the front desk was amazing she took my information and I got back within 10 minutes. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. I cut my finger and had to have stitches. They did a great job.

Although there was a wait even with a reservation I understand. Healthcare staff worked tirelessly through the past 18 months with little rest or recognition. People need to be nicer to them.

Efficient care when you cant get in to see your regular PCP. Theyre courteous and explain your condition and answer questions.

This is the second time Ive used this Banner Urgent Care location and both times they were professional and efficient. The facility is clean and has plenty of parking. They are doing COVID tests site, but you do need to make an appointment online. If your sick you can make an appointment online and check in once you get there. They are open til midnight. Face masks are REQUIRED.

Short handed AGAIN. I’ve been in 3 times now and its the same. This time 50 minutes past appointment. Yes they did send a message that they would be 15 minutes behind. We received this just as we were turn into the parking lot. Then received another after I had been waiting there 30 minutes. C-ray tec in back did test. He was nice and calm. Front admitting person was snippy when I asked if I needed to fill out paperwork again. I had been there a few months prior. The first time even though behind a little people were kind so it didn’t matter. I know crankiness is contagious. But so is kindness.

I forgot my Id and was refused service very polite and very perfesenaly. And was happy to go back and get my ID.. once in and seated I was called quickly and explained the procedure once in the room. Very professional staff and very well groomed. Everyone looked great and happy. Made me feel comfortable.

Check in was easy and receptionist was polite.They were running about 20 minutes behind, yet there seemed to be lots of medical personnel in the back sitting around. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Quick, clean and thorough. I was in a bit of a pinch with an odd scenario with transitioning off of active duty military and needed some treatment before I could get in to see my new primary doctor, and they were super understanding and went out of their way to help me with a temporary plan forward. Couldnt have been any better. Two thumbs up!

No wait today. But all they did was throw drugs at it and guess to what the issue was. I did not feel comfortable with the result. These urgent care units dont want to properly treat you.Just throw drugs at it and hope for the best. If it gets worse, now they dont want to do anything because now you need ER help.Isnt the point of going to urgent care too fix the problem before you need er help. They did no blood work just said see your primary banner physician. Ya would only take 2 to 3 months to see him. They were not busy,I was the only one there and I was rushed out the door.

I had Covid Test yesterday for upcoming procedure. Very efficient office, clean, and everyone pleasant.

I called for a virtual appointment, but the person I spoke to felt it was better for me to go in person. They set me up with a reservation at this urgent care. All of the staff that I interacted with with very friendly and the office was very clean. I was in and out in under an hour.

Been there a few times and actually had good care! Tonight was a different story. Came in with a UTI and a temp of 103.5 at the end of their day (scheduled appointment). The Nurse Practitioner wanted to leave so much that she refused to treat me and sent me to the ER saying UTI’s don’t cause fevers. I won’t be back.

Had to get a Covid test before a pending surgery, so it was scheduled here. Banner was very good at sharing information and scheduling, even sent reminders. Excellent! Once there the office was very well organized and efficient. Could not have gone better.

Went in for a test early and within 10 minutes I was seen. the staff was courteous and knowledgeable.

Clean and staff is friendly, I visit here frequently for my personal health needs. Today I took my son for a physical and we were there for well over an hour which isn’t typical. Also I don’t like that there isn’t segregation between healthily patients and “sick” patients. Many people came in for COVID tests and I was nervous if they were experiencing symptoms. Many people visit here for other reasons. 😩

Every time I have utilized this urgent care it has been clean and efficient. Our wait times have been short to reasonable, even during COVID high times. The providers are friendly, compassionate, and actually listen. The regular afternoon receptionist is not very friendly but gets her job done quickly; and the back room support staff are hit and miss for being friendly or smiling.

I went in for a COVID test and observed they were being very careful about sanitizing, distancing and masks. Adrian answered all my questions and gave me helpful information!

Very nice facility. Front receptionist was sweet & helpful checking me in. The nurse called me shortly after I checked in. She explained what she was going to do & my reaction would be from the nasal swab. All & all I was in & out in a short time. Very pleasant.

I wasnt anticipating needing to go to urgent care but after a severe allergic reaction I did go. They were very efficient and I hardly waited 5 minutes. I did the online check in to reserve a spot and went there and was taken care of quickly. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Thank you so much.

The employees were friendly great service running a little behind but the receptionist or check in person had received a influx of urgent services so I understood. However while I was sitting there to be tested being non-symptomatic a lady walked in with symptoms wanting to be tested. How do you think that made me feel knowing that I’m having surgery soon this week and yet I was purposely exposed to someone who was symptomatic. You need to design different entrances or different locations for testing. I may employ an attorney?!?!

There was no wait!!! I was in and out in less than an hour!!! The doctor was very informative and sent my prescription over to the pharmacy asap so I could get home to rest. I should have gone to this urgent care sooner, I was feeling better in 2 days!!!

Tried to see if they accept my insurance. Was informed by their front desk, when I tried to give them my insurance company and plan I was informed they have no way of knowing weather or not they take my insurance.Wasnt even given an opportunity to schedule an appointment. Tried calling them back after calling my insurance and verifying with them that Im covered, they wouldnt answer.

The people I spoke to were very rude. The Doctor told me that the only way I could get a doctors note was if I get Covid tested. I didnt have any other choice. Either I get tested or I wasnt gonna be able to be cleared for work. The symptoms I have are the common flu symptoms but they made me get tested all because the symptoms I have are apparently Covid or delta symptoms. What made me angry was the fact that they automatically assumed that I have Covid and they didnt even try reassuring me that I was going to be ok. I needed the doctors note for work so I could provide evidence that I was in fact really sick. You guys need to be more kind and understanding and to stop automatically disclosing everything as Covid. I came there to figure out what was wrong and they didnt even tell me that it could be the flu and tell me what medications I am allowed to take if it was. So now Im stuck at home (out of work) with still no solution to my sickness. A suggestion of what I could be taking to cure me is what I required when I went in. They didnt even wish me a good day or a feel better soon.She Just handed me a paper saying that I cant go back to work until my results come in within 5 to 7 days. By the next 2 days I could be better and the amount of money I spent for it would have been for nothing. After my results come in, I am never going to your location due to the lack to empathy you have for there customers. Im very disappointed. The least you could have done was given me some info on what I could do to feel better. Instead, I left with nothing. The only thing I left with was worry that I could be infected with the virus.

I’ve had more than enough Covid test to know how they’re supposed to go ( over 10). My very first test was at this Location and I just had another test at this same location. Both experiences were the worst I’ve had in getting this test done. The first one was by a girl and it seemed like not only was it too deep but it took too long. This last one was more like a quick jab right to my brain on both nostrils( guy did it). Whoever is teaching at this location needs a refresher course or maybe have it done to (he or she) several times in a row. I will never go here again!

I submitted a urine for testing dr never ordered it now a week later I have fevers of 103 urgency and frequency. Dr Gaunt rushes and doesn’t follow thru!!!!

I went in today 8/26 and it was 1.5 hour wait. No biggie. I said Id wait outside. I was told they would NOT check me in unless I stayed in the lobby. Really? With COVID-19 and 3k plus cases a day I want to do the right thing and stay outside but they want me to possibly catch COVID by sitting in an enclosed space? Ridiculous. This was my first and last visit here.BTW went to NextCare Urgent Care and the wait was 1-1.5 hours too, but they let me wait outside or in my car. They actually told the patients to wait in their cars d/t COVID and then they called me when they had a room ready. Easy and no problems.

Knowing that an Urgent care facility is always busy, even on Sunday, I arrived early & was out less than 20 minutes after my original appointment. Only 3 people on staff but.all very professional & friendly. Great job of keeping people safe & healthy. Thank you to team at this site! You made it work!

Kelli (nurse) and Dr Teresa were very helpful and explained everything. Definitely felt comfortable the whole time I was there.

Overall this is a good place. It was a very long wait (even after selecting a time slot online) and I am almost certain people who checked in after me got seen by the provider before I was seen. The walls are thin and I could hear people talking outside my room about other patients whom stated their issues at the check in desk after myself. The provider I saw was a little pushy and seemed rushed. The woman who roomed me was very nice and knowledgeable. The front desk staff was also very kind and quick with the check in. I waited in the lobby for at least 40 mins and waited in the room for about 25 mins. I did get what I needed done and that’s what matters.

My Covid-19 test was swift and easy, the 56 minute wait for my 36 minute late appointment in the waiting room with a person who is experiencing ALL symptoms of Covid-19 except vomiting, a lady that walked in with a grocery bag lined garbage can in her hands (vomiting), a man with a respiratory infection, a lady needing her stitches out, it wasnt a bad time other then the long wait (because nobody actually vomitted) and the actual test only took 1min 17 seconds. Thank you!

I originally gave 5 stars because they got me in right away. I am a banner employee and our covid tests are supposed to be rushed, results within 24 hours. They told me I would have my results by morning at the latest. I cancelled my cvs rapid test due to this information. Urgent care did not take my employee number or mark it as urgent. I called Sonora quest to see why I still dont have results and they didnt even get my sample until 1055a this morning (26 hours after taking the test) now my manager is going to cancel my shifts for the next two weeks because they are worried about finding coverage. So because urgent care screwed up again I will not have shifts and I wont get my results for another 2 days. I go in maternity leave in two weeks and this means I now will go 3 months without pay. I also am in a high risk pregnancy and have two ultrasounds a week plus a nst, the doctor office will not see me until I get a negative result. So this is also putting me and my unborn baby in danger. Thanks Banner. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

Visited this urgent care for a back injury my daughter sustained. At the check in process we waited over an hour when people who came in after us were seen prior to us (no serious wounds apparent). After waiting for all the other parties to be seen we were finally taken back and after speaking with the doctor they suggested an X-ray be taken. We agreed and after waiting for results for a very long time we were advised it was going to take some time for them to review the X-rays and we should go home. We did go home and still to this day, 2 days later, we have never received an update or response. Very disappointed in the service received! We have decided to pursue medical care for her through another provider but we will never return here nor recommend it to anyone else! A waste of money and no treatment!!!

The staff were excellent. But waiting 1.5 hours for xray results was ridiculous! But it wasnt their fault.

This place is disorganized and has the worst staff, docs included. Had an appointment at 415 and it was 7pm before I ever saw the doctor. They took people who had appointments times after me, in the back before me. Annnddd when I finally did see the doc she spent zero time listening to anything I had to say and spent under 5 mins in the room with me. I will never go back.

Mine was a simple covid check. Check in went quickly, was seen on scheduled time. Medical Assistant was courteous and knowledgeable. I was tested and out within 10 min of checking in.

I would have given 5 stars but I literally heard the receptionist ask everyone what they were being seen for and to me thats a hippa violation. Also I heard her talk a guy that came in with high blood pressure, dizziness and blurred vision out of staying saying theres nothing we can do for you we cant give you meds, we would just send u to the ER!!! So lets let a guy with blurred vision high blood pressure and dizziness drive away without getting assessed by a qualified person. Your not a doctor lady. It could have been a serious neurological situation and yes I am a nurse! When I got back the lady that took me to the room and PA or NP where fantastic. Oh also not wise for your receptionist to tell people yall are short staffed!

My mother-in-law required a covid test prior to surgery. You made her feel very comfortable and she loved how friendly everyone was. A very big thank you!

Staff was very efficient and friendly. Appointment was made ahead of time and we didn’t have to wait very long to be seen. NP and MA were very pleasant and informative and I will bring my grandma back if we need an urgent appointment in the future.

Scheduled an appointment. Showed up early. Waited in the empty clinic to see a physician. When the physician did pop her head in. She took zero interest in my newborns issues. Then left. Worst urgent care Ive experienced

Took my son in for having a fever and wet cough, we got told he just had allergies. He had slight redness in his left ear but nothing to be worried about. My instincts knew that wasn’t right, allergies don’t cause a fever like that. Got an appointment with his doctor, he had a raging ear infection in his right ear and needed antibiotics. Needless to say, the front staff was not very friendly, waited 2 hours, just for in incorrect diagnosis.

I booked online went in clean, fast, friendly straight to the point.

I am out of town, I had a great experience there. All the staff that I encountered was very nice.
