Review №1

Hate is such a strong word and I really dont like using it, especially in a review. But I literally HATE this group. My daughter got stick with them after she got diagnosed type 1 apprx. One year ago. Honestly, they are lazy, horrible at communicating, they even rescheduled her appointments 3 months in a row. They do what THEY want with no regard to how we feel as parents or her as the patient. They dont listen or take in to consideration anything that is said to them. They are rude and usually unprofessional. Every experience with them has been horrible. I have 2 kids that are juvenile diabetics, and this group will NEVER get my kids as a patient again. Id rather take them to a endo, in springfield or Chicago or California before Id ever consider bringing either of them back here. Do yourself or your child a huge favor and go anywhere but here, you WILL be disappointed. They quality of care is way less than sub-par. My kids deserve a doctor that will teach them to be a better diabetic, not one who blows them off. I really do HATE this place I cant stress enough how horrible this place is. Please do NOT subject yourself or your kids to this low level of craptastic treatment.
