Dr. Thompson is very thorough and caring. I highly recommend.

After 2 cancellations of an initial appointment for a skin cancer screening I had low expectations for the latest date in June. Office person was rude and suggested that an initial exam could be done remotely to look at “areas of concern”. Not being a dermatologist I have no idea of the difference between an age spot and a potential sign of cancer and found it hard to believe that a FaceTime exam would provide a clue as to my areas of concern. Since the scheduling snafu was attributable to the pandemic, I revisited the initial low rating below, after I saw the doctor, and upgraded based on that visit.Visit went better than expected. Doctor was cordial and I will be seeing him post pandemic for my annual exams.

Very pleased with Dr Thompson and his office. He was empathetic with my unusual situation, thorough and knowledgeable. Also, he was open to trying new things and made things as easy as possible for me. He even called me and his staff is really good about getting back to you.

Dr. Trevor Thompson is the MOST compassionate and empathetic human being alive. He is not only knowledgeable, but he truly cares about helping his patients feel confident in themselves and the treatment that theyre receiving. When it comes to dermatology issues, many patients are suffering from insecurities due to skin conditions. This doctor takes the time to understand both the physical and emotional aspects of these issues. He is not only professional, but an amazing human being.

I have been to Dr Thompson twice for skin checks. He listens and treats issues on the spot. I have been very happy with Dr Thompson and his staff. I dont believe a poor admin person should be included in a review of the physician himself when quite possibly the Dr has little to no control over them. I will continue to see Dr Thompson and my husband has also started seeing him too.

Dr Thompson was my Dermatologist for a case of eczema and he was amazing. He took time to answer all my questions, and concerns. Most of the Medical assistants were pretty good there was one that didnt have a pleasant disposition but over all the doc and staff were amazing I would recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Trevor Thompson and his Medical Assistant Melissa saved my fathers life. If it wasnt for them, my father would be dead. Their knowledge and expertise in what they do is unbelievable. They helped with referrals, which helped me a lot. They knew exactly what was going on with Dad and what to do. I am so grateful for them both. I cant thank them enough. If you dont know where to go or what to do-they do. They explain every detail. They know their stuff. Thank you Dr. Thompson and Melissa !

I wouldnt even give a 1 Star... This doctor I question is he really a doctor???? I didnt see his credentials on any of the walls. He didnt even do an exam he stood 6 feet away and had his assistant put in the computer why I was there. No swab for the lab or biopsy of the sores on my head and face. He said it was impetigo... Really???? On my scalp.. Im not a child putting my fingers in my mouth. I was really sick. He did nothing, no prescription either. Well I have LUPUS....yes look at the rash on the face of lupus sufferers.. Looks nothing like impetigo... This guys a joke dont give him youre time or your money

The front desk lady is very rude and unprofessional !!! I have called several times and been told shes to busy that shell call me back days have gone by and I still havent received a call back to my biopsy report. The doctor, & nurses are very nice and professional. But the front desk lady needs to go or else Im changing mine and my families dermatologist office.

I took my teen daughter in to see Dr. Thompson, I found the office girl extremely rude and condescending, the nurse who took us to the room and did the initial information, extremely nice and friendly, so my hopes were restored for the Dr, then entered the dr with another Assistant, she typed info he told her to. He barely came near my daughter just stayed behind his portable laptop stand. He gave a diagnosis quickly, asked if she had any questions and she (14) of course said no but I said I do and questioned his diagnosis and tryed to ask what we should do for it, he immediately started talking over me to the assistant quietly the turned his back and wrote some notes, HE COMPLETELY IGNORED ME! Started out of the room and said well just keep using your Vaseline. CRAZY! For a condition that is supposed to avoid wax and petroleum products! I have called to get something prescribed for under her eyes witch he didnt even address, with no return call! $160 for nothing.
