Stopped by Hand & Stone on Memorial Day weekend and was immediately greeted and offered my choice of regular or coconut infused water. The ambiance was warm and inviting and they were exceptionally good at anticipating my needs and making me feel welcome.Samantha was so kind and ensured I was comfortable making the experience that much more relaxing.wish I had the presence of mind to take an after photo because the glow lasted all weekend!Will definitely be coming back here to try additional services!

I signed up for a membership and love going every month whether it be for a facial or massage. Everyone I have scheduled with has been fantastic and really know their stuff! The only thing I dislike is it seems every time I leave there is always a product I should buy or I should schedule longer sessions which of course is extra $$. Recommendations are okay however every time is a little much. I still gave 5 Stars because I really do enjoy my visits and leave super relaxed!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Hand and Stone. I went in for a facial and decided to upgrade it to the microdermabrasion infusion treatment recommended by my skin therapist Madison. It was AMAZING and totally worth it! My skin was left feeling beautiful and vibrant. Her knowledge of skin care is extensive. Madison recommended the vitamin c infusion and I was very impressed. My skin glowed for days after. My facial was very relaxing and I skin felt so rejuvenated. I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment. Ask for Madison she will not disappoint!!

Steph did a great job. I usually opt for deep tissue, but as this was my first massage since everything shut down for COVID, I wasnt sure what pressure I could tolerate. She did a great job communicating. She was a pro!

The massage therapist was wonderful. The room was horrible! When I first went in I asked if the air conditioning blowing on me would stop shortly. The therapist said yes. My massage was for 80 minutes. The entire 80 minutes the cold air blew on me. I am laying on a slightly heated table with nothing but underwear and a sheet on me and completely froze the entire time! Once I even got a cold chill and shook a little and she asked me what was wrong and I told her I was freezing. She did nothing! I will NEVER EVER go there again and do not recommend this place at all. On top of everything else, it is completely overpriced!!!! Just a horrible experience. Did not enjoy my massage at all.

I love the massages I received were wonderful the bookkeeping is terrible this is the third time I’ve had to work with him to try and get this thing shut down I left before Easter. I’m so glad I took a picture of the eraser board they had me saying to close my account. That seems so unprofessional. And of course I got hit for April and I’m sure now May🙄

Online they have pricing that clearly states $69.95 for a 1 hour massage. I contacted the spa direct and made a reservation for this service. Once at the spa they began to discuss upgrades which I did. Melissa was wonderful by the way reviewed upgrade costs and was extremely accomodating to a new mom with back pain. However when I went to check out the young woman stated my price would be $139.95. I was obviously confused and expressed online it stated 69.95 she then informed me that is their member service price. Having worked at a Resort and Spa I went back to review the website for any fine print I might have missed. After reviewing their website it does not state anything about a member service rate. So I contacted the manager Cathy. In speaking with Cathy she simply reiterated the policy however never took ownership for the fact her staff and the website did not specify the cost would actually be 109.99 for an hour massage and acted as though I as the customer should know their policy. I felt not only was it poor advertisement on their website but poor follow up from their leadership to correct the situation. I normally do not fill these surveys out but felt other customers would benefit from knowing the highlighted prices are not for continued future business.

I am a diabetic and also have numerous other health issues so my doctor recommended that I start getting regular massage therapy. I wasnt sure where to go but my brother recommended Hand and Stone so I gave it a try. I have been going here for several years now and I would not go anywhere else. The entire staff is very friendly and top-notch. The therapists are great. They listen to what you want and really work on any trouble areas then will take the time to also make sure the rest of you is nice and relaxed. Ive had two facials and have left with my skin feeling completely rejuvenated. All in all, everyone here does a fantastic job and if I could give them 10 stars I certainly would!!

As always, I had an absolutely lovely experience at Hand and Stone in Peoria AZ.Gabby was very professional and friendly. The facial I received was outstanding. Gabby gave me some great advice about my skin and recommended product that I’m excited to start using.The Spa is gorgeous and clean and my only regret is I live in California. Otherwise I would definitely buy a membership. I’m considering buying one at my local Hand and Stone when I get home. 😃

Had such a wonderful experience here a few days ago! I came in for a deep tissue massage. I have a few problem areas in my shoulder and neck. Sherry was extremely helpful and caring and recommended I do cupping instead. BEST ADVICE! Usually with deep tissue massage I feel sore and still tense days later but with this decompression used I feel 10x more open. I recommend the paraffin wax in your feet! My feet feel so soft. My experience made me feel like I was a fetus inside my mothers womb again lol. Great communication by staff and everyone is super friendly! They have a lot of great options to suit your needs. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

The staff is wonderful and attentative. Coming in for massages is the highlight of my visit in this area. The massage therapist is very thorough in giving me revitalization to my body and soul. It’s a place to get away for just a little while.

EDIT: I have cancelled my membership multiple times and been told multiple times that That was the last charge. There will be no more charges Only to continue to have my account charged for months.I cancelled on January 7th and then got another charge which I was not completely surprised about, but it is now i May and they continue to charge my account. The last time I spoke with them was in March and was told they had me on record cancelling in January and that it was set for my services to be cancelled in March. Was advised by the employee that she would speak with her manager who would call me back because of continued charges. I have been charged roughly $500 since being told my account would be closed with them. I have received no additional treatments since my first visit.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I decided to treat myself to a much needed massage this afternoon. My past few experiences at other locations have not been stellar(one masseuse got the feels and started crying 😑) , so I was hesitant.Today was everything I thought a massage experience should be. The office was clean and calming. The staff were caring and professional. I left feeling pampered and relaxed. I even signed up for the month to month membership.

Cari did an amazing job on my problem areas. She seemed very well educated and trained on what was needed to help relieve my pain. She was very communicative and very professional. I was lucky enough to get in on a special deal offered before Halloween for a much needed massage. I have been dealing with jaw/teeth pain and also was dealing with anxiety because of how long Ive been dealing with the pain so I needed some true relaxation. My children purchased a gift card for my birthday! I was super excited because I wouldn’t have to travel far. When I was lead to the back for my massage I was really disappointed.I usually receive my massages at 5 star hotels and honestly missed the bells and whistles that comes along with that. The cost was slightly less but I missed the over all relaxing experience. I’m giving 4 stars because Tye did a great job!

Hand and Stone (Peoria) has a spacious and beautiful site that relaxes you as soon as you enter. Steph was an awesome masseuse. She was very professional and worked out all of the knots in my muscles. I highly recommend her as well as Hand and Stone.

I am a new to the Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. The staff is very welcoming and answered all my questions when I called for an appointment for me and my daughter, who was visiting for the Labor Day Holiday. They asked what I was looking for and teamed me up with Breana, an excellent trigger-point message therapist. Breana asked which areas needed attention and to let her know if she needed to adjust the pressure. She is an excellent therapist. The facilities are spotless, the appointments were started on time and the rooms are designed to relax you. Before we left, I decided to join the program since the personnel and services provided gave me such an excellent experience, leaving me pain free. I would highly recommend this Lake Pleasant Parkway & Happy Valley Road in Peoria facility. Theyre very organized and know how to treat their customers.

Update, still using them. Amazing people. You truly feel they are interested in how you feel and it is not lip service when they ask. After 12 spinal procedures I count on them. Between the surgeons, pt and Hand and Stone I can live a somewhat more normal life.I live with an extensive amount of pain due to arthritis and severe work related injury and multiple surgeries. Regardless it took a long time before I agreed to massage therapy. Monica listens to what is wrong and makes time to see me and help me. She is pleasant and kind. There are days I can directly atribute my ability to walk and perform my job to her. The staff is friendly and helpful, it is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend them.

After going here, I’ll never get a massage anywhere else. Friendly staff, very clean, lots of facial products, essential oils, and much more. I highly recommend this place to anyone, male or female. They have a monthly plan that you can cancel anytime, well worth being a member. They run specials monthly for massages and facials.

I really enjoyed my experience from walking in the door to walking out. There is a certain ambiance and professionalism to this establishment. I have been to many other “chain” massage facilities and this one is by far my favorite. They offer so many state of the art upgrades that they surpass the other massage places around. I had an excellent 80 minute massage. Just the right pressure and coverage. Ive been too many places that use elbows too much. My therapist was great! The facilities are excellent, they are sensitive to your needs and their customer service is top notch! I highly recommend this location.

They are little too much with pushing the membership about every other sentence from the girls up front but I get it, its their job. Regardless the massage was excellent. My therapist was a good listener and did exactly what I needed and asked for.

Very good customer service from the appointment making until you walk in the door! Everyone is very nice and the massage was great! Anthony did my facial and he was fantastic! Would for sure see him again. The ONLY very slight item is the hard sell when you walk in and again after checking out. This plan, that plan, this package. I did say no a few times and they move onto another special - it is all a bit confusing - and after you are relaxed and all. I know they are just doing their jobs and I have no problem with that - but ask once and if its a no - then move on - overall this place is great - clean and very good services!

Looking for a great massage this is a nice place to visit for a facial massage it is a little bit expensive they do alot of both massages and skin rejuvenations.. I did enjoy my facial massage and my face felt great. I used a gift card to pay for my facial massage.. They do offer a monthly club service and they do offer facial creams and skin care products!!!

I received a pure bliss spa package. After I received my below average massage and cold stone facial, I went to wait in the relaxation room for my facial and foot treatment. After about 15 minutes I went to the front desk and asked how much longer, they all looked shocked. They started asking if I was done with my massage, after some discussion I was let out almost 45 minutes before I was supposed to be. I was already disgruntled with my massage and I cancelled my facial and told them I would reschedule. I used to be a member here, this is why I am not anymore. It was always something!! Mostly my services were cut short.

Becky was great I would give her 5 stars, the ownership gets a negative 5 stars.You go to relax and relieve stress but they hassled me about accepting my gift cards for 45 minutes.I wont go back! They eventually accepted the cards and if they would have sooner they would not have had a upset customer.

They overbooked prenatal massages the day I went in and had no pregnancy pillows available. They tried to get me to do one on my side which I didn’t want. Finally I said I didn’t want to pay full price for a side massage. I’ve had that pregnant and it’s not great. I rebooked and was offered nothing for my time. I didn’t think much of it but my husband mentioned that they should have given me a discount for the inconvenience. It wasn’t there fault but I was also in an accident on the way home. So what should have been a stress free hour became very stressful and costly. I cancelled my appointment and will find a place that doesn’t overbook.

I got a massage from Cory. He was wonderful! At first I was a bit nervous about having a man do this, but I felt immediately at ease with him. He had the exact amount of pressure in his massage touch that I wanted. I highly recommend him for a massage!

Use to work there. The Lake pleasant parkway location is not good place for a season therapist that likes to do there own thing. They can demote your pay based on your performance or how much you upgrade your clients. They really pressure therapist to upsale enhancements to point that it makes you not even want to work there.

My husband surprised me with a couples message. It was fabulous! Lori was my message therapist and Gabriel was my husbands. I love Lori, as she moved around my body she always made sure the pressure was right for me and made me melt with the foot and scalp message near the end. I could tell my husband was very relaxed by Gabriel because he started to snoring! Highly recommend both of them.
