We had a great experience. Everyone was super nice and the Dr was very thorough in explaining everything to both my husband and I. We will definitely be back!

Watch your wallet. I feel like I was taken advantage of. The vision exam was good. But I have a pair of unused glasses from last year that had a defect in the lenses. I had to buy a replacement set of lenses my cost $413 plus my insurance money of $396. So $800 for a set of lenses seems outrageous. Plus they even charged me $25 for using my existing frames.

I have always received excellent care at I Tech eyes. My overall health is taken into consideration when tests need to be done.This practice offers the entire spectrum of eye care. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Wonderful staff, wonderful care. I love going to this office. They are professional and never skimp on your eye care. The doctors are down to earth and can explain your care in layman language. I have had a serious eye infectoon recently. I have been very afraid for my sight. Dr. Tanner has seen me often and has assured me he will work with all my other doctors and get my sight back to normal. You should choose this office for your eye care.⁴

I have been a patient with Eye Tech Eyes for 22 years. In that time my experience has been pleasant, efficient, on time and productive. Rob and Diane technicians have been there throughout my time with Eye Tech. They now have other responsibilities but when I see them I am greeted with a smile and they remember my name. The doctors are through and always go over all testing results to my understanding.

I love Dr. Tanner. I was concerned about my eye problem, and he was very thorough and discussed the situation with me. I worry so much about my eyes, because one eye is legally blind. Come to find out, I have very dry eyes and the solution may be a simple fix (eyedrops and fish oil pills). Dr. Tanner is professional and friendly and easy to talk to.

My first visit for eye care since moving to AZ a year ago was at Eye Tech Eyes and it did not disappoint! I loved the practice that cared for our family’s vision for years back in WI.That said, the state of the art equipment used at Eye Tech Eyes is very impressive (did I mention I was an ophthalmic ORRN at one time?;). And their balance of efficiency and friendliness was so welcoming!

Everyone was so nice and friendly! Super nice about explaining contact pricing and offered help with doing rebates to make them more affordable as well!

I got there early..only had to wait a few minutes before being called back. I was done in 20 minutes!! I wish all doctors offices were as efficient!

The people are very nice. But not happy with Dr. Wellmans service at all. He did not give us advice on my husbands problem.. We will not return.

I made an appointment and last I checked we are still in a pandemic. At the front desk it states that masks are optional. Strange and crazy. No temp check or nothing to help stop the virus. Luckily I am fully vaccinated. Just a shame that they do not take human life more seriously.

I was cheated out of transitions eyeglass just so the tech could make a sale I trusted this place and they cheated me by omitting the request for transitions added to my glasses, the technician knew I couldnt pay anymore than what she was already charging me, beware of this place

Excellent service

I believe the Doctors have great skills and practice with integrity. The last time I came in for an exam, the technician NOT the doctor performed the exams... this was a change. In addition, my husband, with insurance, was treated differently than I was as a cash pay patient. This is illegal according to the State Insurance Commissioner... PATIENT BEWARE!!!

I been going to this place for years and they work with you no matter their financial situation, they have the best trendy glasses honestly when I first walked in i was looking to purchase new glasses for my niece and the Drs were very friendly and helped me pick the best ones that they knew looked good. They listen to your wants and needs and look out for you. Kids will only wear glasses if the glasses are “cool to wear” So my niece was so excited to wear these cause they were stylish! They made my niece feel comfortable with glasses thank you eye tech eye. If you have kids bring them here cause they will be excited to wear them!

I have been going to Eye Tech for several years. I see Dr. Lam. She and the techs are all extremely nice and thorough. Their services are reasonably priced. They explain things well; do not try to push unnecessary additional things on you; and everyone from the receptionist to the billing people are friendly and helpful. I have also sent friends there who have been very happy with them too. I would recommend Eye Tech to anyone.

Myself, my daughter and my husband have been patients with several of the Drs for over 10 years at Eye Tech Eye Associates. There are a couple of the support staff that have been there at least as long as we have been coming there as well. Their technology is current so their exams are able to detect early signs of any issues. They also have an option that replaces the need to dilate your eyes which I find extremely preferable. Easy to get in, short waits in the lobby and not pushy about selling products after. They have a nice optical offering (glasses/frames) which I have browsed - but not needed yet - I just get a yearly check up. Everyone I have referred has been happy

I really loved how much the staff welcomed me! They made me feel really good. I always get my glasses here , big fan of their ray bans! A little confusing with split offices and actual work area. From telephoning for appointment to filling our forms etc was friendly and knowledgeable. Examine/consultation to actual tooth extraction done professionally with knowledge of what needs to be done and the follow through. Everyone friendly trying to make me comfortable in my least favorite health care arena.

Dr. Tanner is a down to earth real human specialist. He will not try to impress you, he will educate you and listen to your concerns. The staff is very professionally friendly. I am always treated with respect and not kept waiting unnecessarily. Those of us who are older appreciate being treated as though we count. You can count on them to treat you right. Dr. Tanner was amazing! My records were transferred to him after my previous doctor retired. I didnt realize my script expired and he made room to see me same day as I was in a panic! The office is well organized, clean, and the staff are all friendly. I was in and out in less than a hour.

Ive been going here for a few years and appreciate the care Ive gotten. Dr. Lam recommended MacuHealth for my macula degeneration and have healthy eyes again. The doctors are very thorough. They have always made sure to make me aware of concerns they have and they follow up on those concerns every time I go in. It is one doctors office I dont have to give my history to every time I go in.... which is good, because I am not the doctor and dont understand what they are looking at so I am sure would not get the concern communicated right in the first place.

Very up to date with regard to technology. they have every fancy gadget and gizmo to tell you if you have healthy eyes or not! very nice and knowledgable people.

I was going to Nationwide before this for years and I wish I went here sooner for a eye exam. I did not even know ,but I had keratoconus on my right eye till Dr. Morgan told me. The staff really cares for the patients. I use to wear soft contacts but I notice I wasnt seeing CLEARLY enough things I saw at times were a blur. Rob had me switch to hard contacts and I can see everything nice and clear even from far far away as well than I ever did before. It was a new day and a new sight the day Rob and Dr. Morgan switch me to hard contacts. As you see Eye Tech Associates make sure you get the right contacts with the right fit. I have been going here for 3 years and I will continue going here for my yearly eye exam.

I have had excellent care from Dr Morgan and really enjoy all the support staff.

My family has been going here for years. The medical staff is exceptional and their equipment and facilities are modern. The average turn around on frames for us has been 3 weeks. This year I waited six weeks for lenses to be replaced in my primary corrective glasses with no proactive updates on status from the staff. (Open ended) I had to call to check in and status was limited and excuses given about problems with their independent lab partners. I also realized that my last two sets of transitional lens sets were built incorrectly since they forgot to complete a key measurement for center before sending the orders to the lab. They offered to fix these, but I did not go back out of frustration and not wanting to go without my glasses yet again. I have five family members that wear glasses, contacts and require additional optical care beyond corrective vision. I estimate we spend several thousand a year here through insurance and out of pocket combined, yet I feel like our relationship is transactional and not valued.

I was referred to them by my Retinal Specialist. Todd Smith gave me a prescription and an over the counter item for my Allergy Eyes which I desperately needed.
