I wanted my gray hair lowlighted but I wasn’t sure what I really wanted or how I wanted my hair cut. ( had a helmet head. It was awful.) I booked with Summer. That lady really knows her stuff. She helped me pick a color that would blend in and explained how to add color with a frosting cap as opposed to foils. She made a FANTASTIC job of my hair! I love it. Seriously, if you want a good job doing choose Summer. You will NOT be disappointed.

I scheduled with Summer because she had great reviews & rightfully so. She did not disappoint. My haircut was quick & to the point but you could tell she was very knowledgeable & experienced with haircutting. I was extremely pleased with my cut, i love it! She did exactly what i wanted. I usually struggle to find a hair stylist who does a good job on my hair..... I will without a doubt be going back to get my haircut with Summer 😊

Guy name Quintin took 1 and half hours to cut my sons hair. Did an awful job and gave us attitude about it. He needs more practice and training on customer service. Never going back there again. Thank God for the other lady working there. She was nice to fix his mistakes.

I tried to get my hair colored here, but she tried to charge me $20 to trim the ends. When I told her that I wont pay that much just for a trim, she refused to color it if I didnt submit to the charge. I have used this business before, but trying to rip me off is unacceptable

When I sat in the and as shes asking me what kinda cut I was wanting, I told her, I realize you cant work miracles I would like.. And low and behold, she pulled up the same picture from Pinterest that I have been looking at. Lilly really did work a miracle! I will definitely be back to see Lilly at the Peoria Location.

Summer always does an amazing job! We followed her over from a different hair salon because she’s that good. I would highly recommend you stop by and see for yourself.

I called and scheduled an appointment for my son and they tell me I am scheduled with the manager named Tori, then I show up and they tell me I have no appointment scheduled. No apologies from them at all, the manager looked at me and rolled her eyes and went to her station, no greeting hello from her to me or my 3 year old son. She just gave a dirty look and looked mad the whole time. When she was finished cutting my sons hair she started being nice for her tip. Very rude manager named TORI. And my sons haircut came out horrible, she didnt fade it the way I wanted, I even had a picture to show her. Save your time and money and dont come here.

Someone used my debit card to buy an item from this location. called customer service and was told the owner was going to contact me and never did. All I want to know is the address to where the stuff went. poor customer service....

So I made a appointment with summer for Thursday they called to cancel the appointment said she was sick the lady i talked to said she can take me Friday at ten so i am in the parking lot they call me and tell me summer is sick I told the lady i had appointment with someone else she said no they made it with summer talk about throw her under the bus I know what they said I had appointment with the lady i talked with Thursday what a let done those people pass the blam on poor sick summer

Went and asked for a long layered V haircut and too take 3 inches off the length and Stacey chopped 8 inches off its not in a V like I asked her and its not layered. Horrible experience and will not be back except to complain to her manager. If I could give 0 stars I would. My hair was almost to my butt and is half an inch below my bra now thanks for nothing!!

Ive been going for a couple years and in the last year every time I go its very unorganized and unprofessional. Last time I went I was told the wait was an hour and waited 2 hours. Today I went there were no people waiting 2 stylists and one person getting their hair cut. She told me itd be a 2 hour wait. I will never go here again. The manager does not prepare for busy times.

Excellent True did my hair I broke my right wrist 1 1/2 ago and my hair still looks the sameAfter 1 1/2 weeks she is awesome I will always come back to this location 59 Bell. Wal Mart I wish she could me Manager
