Incredibly unprofessional management staff. My mother , Monica, whom is elderly and has health complications, was subjected to having to wait for 25 minutes in the front lobby ,after being told she would receive assistance. She left a google review to express her experience in an honest manner and instead of receiving an apology, management basically insinuates she is lying because no one else waits that long. And to make an appointment if no one is paying attention to her. What an absolutely shocking response, please do better as a business. Take accountability, then apologize if someone has a negative experience. It’s basic Customer service and common decency.

I have been here twice recently. Although the environment was nice and the technicians we nice I only have one complaint. I was charged a different price at the end of my hair coloring session than I was told at the beginning. While my color was being rinsed out in the sink , the technician excused herself and went to the back room and mixed up some more color and added it to my roots. I didnt ask any questions, I just figured that there were some spots she had to touch up. That was not the case. I was charged extra for this. If I needed this extra color and was advised that it would cost me then fine. But nothing was mentioned and was charged at the end.

Went in on friday before the holiday weekend to get highlights and low lights done , my hair came out grey not blonde little to no brown and blotchy, a disaster . She even said she over toned it, she had another client waiting so I didnt say anything at that moment but the look on my face should have said it all ,I called and spoke to the receptionist and told her I absolutely hated my hair she said come back monday and when I went in today to attempt to get it fixed the stylist would not listen to what needed to be done to fix it and wanted to charge for a whole new service. I left in tears and still have heard nothing from management! I ended up having to go to a different salon to get my hair fixed how it should have been done to begin with. 300 for a botch job vs 100 for the right job. I do not recommend this salon or Jocelyn. I am not sure where you came up with I used a color remover but you are wrong. I simply washed my hair twice with head and shoulder which is a clarifying shampoo, which I told both receptionist and the stylist, so making up lies is not ok. Also Jocelyn fried my hair by leaving the blonde on to long, as the other stylist noticed when she fixed the mess and she had to deep condition my ends. As for the picture it loked nothing liked it and it was grandma grey not platinum and I had blotch of brown every where not hoghlight and low light. As for the second picture it was simply to show how the highlight /lowlightwould have to go but she wanted to argue with me and just put brown on which would not have fixed the problem it would have made it worse. The receptionist shoupd not have said you would be in later and call me if you where not going to come in so I wouldnt have been expecting a call until today! Anyway I will take further action on my end .

Janna is amazing! She always takes care of me in between my busy schedule. My hair has never looked so good and healthy! The color, style- ❤️ I love this spa! Everyone is incredibly friendly.

Jocelyn was the best this week! I got an appointment really quick as well as I had a limited time visiting from CA. I came in with a vision of a whole new look and style and she was up for the challenge! She had amazing curly hair as well and knew exactly what to do. I walked out blown away and so excited to show off! Everyone was so warm and welcoming as well when I walked in. Thanks so much everyone!

Kenzie was amazing! I came into the salon a hot mess with a desperate need for color correction. She gave me multiple option and colors for my hair. I went in with thick curly hair and she knew exactly what to do. She thoroughly explained everything she was going to do step by step and made sure I comprehended her. I am overly pleased with her work. She is great with her hair didnt feeling ant pulling and the wash was lovely as well. On top of that she gave me an amazing blowout with beach curls that gave my hair life. She cutt 2 inches off w styling and it looks so chic and smooth. The whole time she wanted to make she we kept my hair healthy especially since we were working with blonde. I will definitely be going back!!

Janna is the best stylist I have found in a long while. She takes time to hear what you want, offer suggestions and give advice on what is best for you. She is awesome!!

The aestheticians here are absolutely amazing! Shelly gave me the works (hydrafacial, dermaplaning, jelly mask, and LED light therapy) and Latanya did a teeth whitening on me. This is a one stop for all your beauty needs and I will definitely be back and highly recommend them. I have no more break outs and my teeth and way lighter! Thank you both sooo much!

Wow, what a wonderful salon! Linda did a beautiful job on my hair today. So happy with the color correction that she did for me in order to fix my uneven hair color that i had from prior hair dressers. I also couldn’t help but to notice the beautiful work that was being done from the other hair stylists while i was getting my hair done too. Highly recommend Salon Blissful for your hair needs and skin care needs as well.

This place is really good! Its kinda pricey but it is a Solon. It was worth it thought! I cut off 16 inches of my hair and im so happy with the result! Hannah was such a sweetheart and I really appreciated that she took her time!

I started going to Kenzie for all my hair needs shortly after the shop opened. Every appointment has exceeded all my hopes, & my hair has never felt healthier with changing hair colors. Grateful for her patience & eye for what shades will work best!!

This salon is so beautiful and the staff is so welcoming and kind. It recently opened and is newly modeled and very comfortable! I have been seeing Shelly for years for my eyebrows and I would never go to anyone else, I even followed her from her old location to this one. She is worth it! She will make sure you are entirely comfortable and in no pain what so ever during, and will make sure you are completely happy with the results! I have very sensitive skin, and Shelly is always sure to work around my needs so that my skin is not irritated by the wax and she will make sure to accommodate your needs. She is absolutely amazing and is a very sweet and caring person that genuinely loves what she does. I couldn’t recommend her or this salon more!

Kenzie was fun, quick, and professional! I moved to AZ a few months ago and find its always a risk to have to find a new stylist, but Im so happy with my hair!!! I have long blonde hair that needed a serious refresher. Kenzie really took the time to discuss exactly what I wanted. I loved that she gave me suggestions based on her own experience but was also happy to take into account what Ive had done to my hair in the past. She explained the precautions she was taking to keep my hair strong and healthy through the treatment. I truly felt pampered as Kenzie gave me her full undivided attention throughout the entire appointment. I walked out of the salon with a beautifully blended icy, buttery blonde, gorgeous beach waves, and a healthy trim. I’m so happy I found a great blonde stylist who wants me to love my hair, highly recommend!!!

I had booked an appointment with Kenzie to have foils in my hair...booked for March 10...I had never been to the Salon before and decided to drive to the location to make sure I knew where I was going as I am from out of town. When I stopped in I spoke with the receptionist Gabby stating I had an appointment booked with Kenzie next Tuesday, however, I had a couple of questions... it turned out that Kenzie was there and she answered all my questions and made her suggestions. I asked if she had time to do my hair right then and there and she stated she just had a cancellation and could fit me in....it turns out that Salon bliss had been opened and this was their first anniversary. The staff are amazing as well as the owner. Kenzie did an amazing job on my hair..she went above and beyond what my expectations were... she is very professional, kind and my experience with her was amazing! I go to Salon Blissful every other week for brow waxe . I see Shelley, who is the best aesthetician Ive ever worked wit . I have never met someone who cares more about eyebrows and making sure they are perfec . Shelley uses high end wax, so I never get bumpy or have any skin peelin . She also gives amazing facials. She uses a lot of product during and gives a light head and neck massage, making it more than worth the mone . Shelley is also one of the nicest people I know and is so easy to talk to. I recommend her to anyone who needs good skincare and hair removal.

Received my microneedling from Latanya and it was a great experience. She was very good at detailing the steps and healing processing in the beginning of the sessions. Latanya was also knowledgeable on the at home skin care she recommended me. Over time I started to notice a huge difference. I would highly recommend microneedling sessions to anyone who has trouble dealing with difficult acne scarring.
