So happy with my experience, first time getting my eyebrows threaded and had the tint done. Very happy with results 😊.

Wait is never long and the service is more than reasonable for the pricing. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to. I like getting my eyebrows threaded and this is my favorite spot on this side of town.

I’ve been coming here for along time Tara was my favorite eyebrow artist, but a couple months ago I was told she is no longer working here. Came in today and Shaemaa cleaned up my eyebrows and she did an excellent job!

The first I came here , I got my brows done and went back later since she missed a lot of hair . Then I was in the area and went back a second time and it was the same lady . She was nice but she took too much hair off . The first time she went too fast but this time she took her time . Still , I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and this place doesn’t seem to know how to do them and I’m not even picky. I usually go to Preety on 59th and bell . I have it a second try and won’t be going back .

I drive for 20 just to come to this place , highly recomend it .

I went in today to get my eyebrows threaded. The lady doing the threading totally messed up my eyebrows. They are uneven and she messed my shape. I asked her to trim the brows on the top because I had a few hairs longer than the shape. And the lady didn’t understand and started threading more to make an indent. What of trim the eyebrows on top did she not understand. Worst service ever please hire people who understand the work.

Staff not wearing a mask, though it is mandated by city and CDC recommended. When I asked staff to put on a mask, she refused. I explained that my father recently passed of Covid and the staff said she would not wear a mask because she does not like to put the thread behind her neck. I called her supervisor who stated he would talk to her. Nothing will be done. I have been going here for 4 years. Not anymore.

Got in quickly for an eyebrow tint. Well worth the money.

The wait time is never long and my Brow Threading always looks perfect. I go every month and it is very cost effective with great service and professionalism.

Today was the first time I went to this facility. The young lady had the challenge to thread my whole face and she did amazing work. The process was very quick with very little discomfort. She was attentive and very pleasant. The facility was extremely clean and the chairs were spaced apart. Im excited that I found this place and will definitely be going back.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR EYEBROWS. If you want to go home sad with chunks missing from your eyebrows, & them uneven. By all means go for it. Carelessly done & unprofessional. She messed my eyebrows up bad

Eyebrow threading. The girl that works there with the headscarf is rude. She doesn’t want to clean chair after someone has been sitting in it.. when they state that they do clean. I walked out because this is my 3 rd or 4th visit with the same attitude.

Very clean and the girls are pretty good at threading and eyebrow tinting and they make sure that everything is sanitized after every client

I loved this little shop, first time here and the lady was so nice. I done threading before however my fave place is closed permanently so now I had to find a new place. I saw many recommendations for this chain of brow threading. Im not sure what happened though because afterwards my left eye has been so swollen and my upper cheek area too. The only thing I got was brow threading. Well at first both eyes were swollen and red but my left eye calmed down a lot. This was on Wednesday November 10th I visited and my right eye is still swollen. Im going to wait not sure why it did that. I dont wear make up and have sensitive skin, but this wasnt my first brow threading I ever had. Im just being transparent so if anyone reading this will see this could be a result of threading so if you have a wedding or something important dont get it done that day. I love them really I do and Im not trying to say to stay away from here but Im just confused why my skin did this. The lady did wear a mask and didnt put the thread in her mouth like they normally do, she was super cautious I assume because of covid. Very cool place and inexpensive for great quality.

I dont know what happened to this place they used to be so good. The new lady is so slow and did a very poor job. I had to go home and finish the rest of the hair that she didnt poll

I have going to this place for awhile now always on Saturday’s and never had any complaints. All the ladies I had do my eyebrows were AMAZING and talented. Recently because of my work schedule I had to switch and had to start going during the week. The lady that is always there Monday- Friday is TERRIBLE. This is the worst my eyebrows have ever looked since I started getting them threaded about 3 years ago. I have never been impressed with her but after today, i just had to leave a review about her. When I left today I actually wanted to cry on my way home because of how upset I was. One is way longer and thicker than the other and she took a chunk out of the other one. From now on I will not be going back to this place unless it’s on Saturday! I’m warning you all, stay away during the week while this lady is there, I wish I knew her name!!

They are fast and very good at eyebrow threading.

I went in for the first time in over three months of not getting my eye brows done last Friday. The woman asked me if i wanted just a clean up and i said yes. I was shocked to see how much hair was hacked off my eye brows.. i went in with full, bushy thick brows, there was plenty to work with and now my eye brows are butchered. I don’t even know what she did because she sure as hell did not shape them. Super unhappy.

They are just OK.I like that they are not in a mall, but a storefront, but thatsabout it.They dont disinfect you at all. No alcohol or anything...before or after. And, they dont fill-in with powder or pencil.I just went because of convenience 🤷🏾‍♀️

Horrible job, eye brow don’t match. She was super rough. I let them know, I was not pleased. And would like to be refunded. She said they don’t do refunds. And would I like her to fix it!! “HELL NO” I don’t want you to fix it! It can’t be fixed unless you are adding hair to my left eye brow!!!!

Horrible experience totally mess up both of daughters and myself eyebrows. I have no shape and very thin eyebrows. I literally want to cry.. Never coming back.

I rate this place a one, I’ve been threading my eyebrows for about 3 years now and never have a been through such a traumatic experience, I went in and I asked for a clean up , I still had my eyebrow filling and I asked to take it off the lady was very rude about it. She had finished, one eyebrow was longer than the other so I asked if she could please fix it a little she proceeded but she end up cutting my other eyebrow, leaving me with half an eyebrowI couldn’t contain myself and i paid and left to my car to cry, about the horrific job she did on my eyebrow. I went back inside to tell her that she cut to much of my eyebrow and that I was completely unsatisfied with her work. I have never asked for a refund in my life. I am so upset I have no arch on my eyebrow and it takes months to grow. I would not suggest you go here.

My birthday is tomorrow so I came to get my brows cleaned up. I specifically said I only wanted them cleaned up and to keep them as thick as possible. Now I have chola thin brows that look awful with my face shape. Because of this I am canceling my birthday dinner. There’s no way I’m getting pictures taken of me when they are like this. I will never come here again.

I went there without appointment and they took me in, I spent less than 10 minutes there to get my eyebrows done. The staff is amazing and the place is neat. I definitely recommend this place.

If you like thin brows this place is for you. I just wanted my thick Kardashian style brows cleaned up (which I communicated the style, shape, and thickness I want the same) and now it looks ghetto pencil thin, not to mention the pain because it was so roughly done. Never coming back here, even for a touch up. Too embarrassed to post the horrible after photo 😞

Eye brow threading was ok however went in for eyelash application and it was terrible!!! Paid $30 for eyelashes could have done better on my own. The eyelashes immediately started coming off. Went home and took what remained off. Disappointed. Additionally, had to ask the associate if she would wash her hands after assisting someone else previously and checking the person out. Associate put sanitizer on but dont know how hygienic that is especially when working so close to the eye.

This is a very dishonest business. They lie about getting points?? they tell you after so many points you get half off of your service, you never get half off its all a LIE... stay away from this place.
