I called in to schedule a last-minute appointment on a weekday, they fortunately had an opening in 30 minutes. I arrived and there were only 2 ladies working and another customer inside.The woman who came to cut my hair wasn’t the friendliest, she never even told me her name. I have pretty long hair and just asked for a trim and layers.I regret not getting the stylists name, all that she really mentioned was that she was pregnant…no small talk or anything, she seemed distracted.While she was blow drying my hair, her round brush kept getting caught in my hair and she would tug it out, which hurt and I commented on it. She said that never happens and she didn’t know why it was happening, but she just kept doing it. It wasn’t a very pleasant process and I almost just asked her to stop, I should have, but she moved on to a different spot and wasn’t rolling directly from my scalp.I really didn’t mind the mostly silent hair cut, or the fact that she wasn’t apologetic about the incident with the brush, but after I got home, I realized that I had tons of short hairs on top of my head where she was getting caught. I am pretty sure that she burned my hair while her brush was getting tangled and she was holding the dryer so close.I’ve always had fear of finding a new salon and new stylist specifically because of these situations.I’m sure this isn’t the norm, but it happened and even if I called to complain, it wouldn’t have done me any good.

I like this barbershop because of its accessible location and amazing barbers. These guys really have the best cuts in the area, and Im grateful that I had the chance to try their services. I can tell that their barber is masterful because he was able to cut my hair perfectly. Truly fascinating! Highly recommended!

I felt like I was the center of attention and her only focus. She did not let me sit for long while doing color services. I walked in thinking I was just getting a haircut and walked out with a whole new look! I recommend McKenna and Black Cadillac!

I started coming here because my hair stylist Larissa moved over here. What a fun salon! Always a great atmosphere, great products, and a comfortable place to be. Easy access right off the 101 freeway. Larissa is amazing. She puts up with my indecision on what to do with my hair and helps point me in the right direction. No matter what she does, my hair turns out the best its ever looked.

$45 for a haircut ???? Plus tip! Really?the haircut it took 15min ,only .I am definitely not going back !

Rachel takes her time and really focuses on the cuts she gives. She is incredible and I recommend her. My hair is fine and little body to it. Rachel understood how to cut it to make it look full of life. I will be back. Thanks Rachel!

Had an apt today for a Brazilian blow out , advertised on theyre web page for 150.00 when I got there the vibe was weird and they changed the price to start at 275.00 All they could say was Im sorry wrongly advertised I waited a week for this and all they can say is Im sorry I had the money but I wasnt paying more for theyre mis leading advertisement What a uncomfortable experience !!! Disappointed !!!
