I am very picky and indecisive when picking out glasses. The optician was very patient with me and went over and beyond to help me pick a frame I loved. Dr. Werrell is amazing and I left feeling great about the experience.

I was seen there on June 23 and given an Rx for new lens. I was never able to adapt to these lens. Everything was out of focus. I had someone at the optical shop that made my lens (Walmart Optical) evaluate my glasses and she said the Rx was wrong. When I tried to get an appointment with your doctor to correct the Rx I was told that the earliest one was October 6th. I dont believe they cant find a way to work in one patient. I am very disappointed in the way I have been treated.

Dr. Werrell and her assistants are AMAZING. They are great with our toddler. Love love love them!I wish I could give 5 stars, but the front office staff is never helpful and they are always very short and off-putting. When I called to ask questions about glasses delivery (going on 4 weeks now, they were rude and acted as if I was wrong for asking).

Took off work to bring my daughter to an eye appointment (appointment reminder card pictured) and they didnt have her on their schedule. Pam was unapologetic. Will not go back to this eye care center or buy glasses here again. Unacceptable.

Excellent customer service! The staff was welcoming and friendly and they had a great selection of eyewear.

We LOVE the Optical Shop at the Medical Center Clinic! Dr. Werrell was absolutely amazing with our 5 year old. She was extremely patient with her and took her time during the exam. We love the office staff as well! Ansley, the Optician, was also very patient with our daughter and let her try on many different styles of glasses until she found the pair she liked. I feel like we are treated like family every time we walk in. Keep up the good work, Optical Shop! :)

On 12/5 we purchased some prescription sun glasses for my son. I called on 12/19 to check since they never called me and the receptionist went to check and told me they had just arrived. I took time off work to pick them up on the 21st only to wait 15 mins to be told they had to send them back because the lenses were not tinted and were given the wrong information. It would had been nice for someone to let us know so I didn’t waste my time.I called again on 12/31 and nothing, was told someone would call us.... 1/2/19 we called again to be told they “just arrived” sure they did. My husband will be picking them up and we shall see. Almost a month and they staff couldn’t care less. You would think they would call the lab and put a rush on it since it has been almost a month and they dropped the ball. Will not be using them in the future.

I purchased a pair of Dilly Dally glasses for my child. They were pricey but I didn’t mind because he wears them everyday. A month or two after the warranty was up, the coating on the lenses started making spots that made it difficult to see out off. I called and went there and staff could have cared less. I have been a loyalty customer for years but not anymore.
