I thoroughly enjoy the high-energy workout, the incorporation of fun tribal dance moves, the music, the encouraging ladies that teach (Mary & Acosia), the broad variety of yoga poses and how often they can offer classes.

Its a great place to be able to unwind n do a yoga sesh or just to get a light work out in. They have online classes which are awesome too!!! :)
