Hands down the best dental office I’ve been too. The dentist and the assistants are always so kind and understanding. Sophia at the front desk is always a pleasure to talk to! I have never had a better dentist!!
If I could give a higher review I would! My tooth has hurt for over 3 years. I was in and out in under 30 minutes with my tooth pulled. I felt no pain what so ever, not even in post surgery pain! Thank you so much, my life is truly greater from your care.
They called me told me right in the morning and I am still here with no one here the doors aren’t even open why would you set it up if you aren’t even going to be there
Had a misunderstanding with them but things were worked out quickly and they are my dentist again. They fit you in in emergency cases when they can and try to do things right but help save you money too. I recommend them.
Got my teeth cleaned by cindy so nice and gentle
Thank you Kylie, she was very nice 🙏🏼
Had a wonderful experience at this office. I been going to Advantage Dental for over 10 years in Eugene and Albany offices and this office is the best. Thank you Patti (Front Desk) and Doctor Smith thank you for your gentle caring work.Sincerely,SAN DIEGO
I had a broken tooth and it was causing me a tremendous amount of pain especially at night I was getting no sleep until I got into my dentist for emergency appointment and there is now a new dentist there and he was absolutely amazing I am always terrified of dentists and dental work but he was awesome and made sure I was comfortable before he pulled my tooth!!! I was done in minutes and now I already feel 10 times better thank you advantage dental 😁 you guys are really amazing!!!
So professional, caring, and knowledgeable. They believe in serving vulnerable populations. Beautiful conpany with an amazing mission.
Upon arrival, the staff always has a friendly welcome waiting. Regarding the level of care and service this dental office has provided me, they are beyond reproach. Having dealt with bad teeth my entire life (not from lack of effort) it was a constant pain, however, the professionals at Advantage Dental in Pendleton Oregon had no trouble giving me back my smile.
The office staff, assistants and dentist are nice and enough. They work with patients scheduling well. But I feel that they never had any idea what they were doing when it came to billing. I had a crown done and they told me the cost of the crown after insurance pays, and what insurance would cover. I agreed and paid the out of pocket costs up front (they don’t take payment plans like most other dental offices) and I thought it was expensive but I just paid it anyways. My friend said she was getting a crown here too and we talked about it and coincidentally we were getting the same type. She only paid around $200 out of pocket when I paid over $900! Her insurance only covers 10% more than mine does for a crown. Those numbers just don’t add up. Come to find out, Advantage Dental never even billed my insurance they just charged me full price out of pocket. They said they would send me a check back for $700 something and bill my insurance. This was 2 MONTHS ago! I call frequently to check on the status and the front desk tells me that the claim has been submitted and it is pending. But I call my insurance and they do not see it whatsoever, there is nothing in pending. It’s extremely unprofessional to leave your patients hanging and not send them their refund when the office/billing department made a mistake like this. I don’t understand how you can forget to bill a patient’s insurance. I will never be coming back, but I will keep pushing to get my refund until I get it. Make sure you double check all your paperwork before you get any work done here that they are charging you the correct amount and billing your insurance.
The whole crew are wonderful and easy going. Never a bad experience.
It was an experience
