I would like to publicly thank her for the gifts she gives to help improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities and their families through community inclusion and support.

We were in town to see and ENT because my little one is getting PE tubes. Our appointment for surgery is next Friday morning, and we called at the last minute to see if we could get in this afternoon before her operation without having to take more time off work on a different day. They had a cancellation and were able to squeeze us in this evening before closing. I appreciate the customer service that they demonstrated. It is rare to find that nowadays.

So sweet and patient with my little guy. Did an amazing job including him in the process of fitting for a new hearing aid. As a parent I felt heard and all my concerns were addressed.

Renata Anderson is amazing! We waited 2 minutes in the waiting room, she doesnt like to make little kids wait. She made my 1 year old son feel so comfortable, showing him everything before she used it. Im so impressed with our experience. The entire visit took 15 minutes.

When i called to schedule an appointment i asked the lady if it would be a free consultation. She said it would be free. A few days after my appointment I got a bill for $100.00. Would not recommend.
