This place doesn’t deserve one star. I went to this dentist because of the good reviews but I wish I didn’t. It was the worst experience I gone through. The dentist came in with an angry demeanor and spoke with attitude the whole time. I was trying to let this pass then I asked to please check my tooth where the root canal was done that it doesn’t have cold sensitivity before putting on the crown because I have been dealing with cold sensitivity on that side and want make sure the tooth was good before putting on the crown. I was ignored when I asked not only once but three times I asked. After the third time I asked more directly are you going to check my tooth for cold sensitivity? I said to the dentist. He said rudely and arrogantly a root canal was done shouldn’t be needed but yea I will see raising his voice at the end. At this point the rudeness was too much and I said I will not have my crown done here due to you treating me rudely. It was the worst customer service I ever experienced and I left in tears.

The entire staff was great! My cleaning was thorough and my teeth felt great after. Dr. Friedland was personable and kind. If you are looking for a new dental office, I would definitely recommend coming here.

I have had a lot of negative experiences at dentists previously, and as a result do not have a lot of confidence in my mouth or teeth. Dr. Friedland was extremely attentive to my comfort during my procedure, and made sure that the crown I needed was installed as comfortably as possible, when I myself wasnt sure exactly how my tooth should feel afterwards due to years of issues. The procedures were quick, the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, and I definitely do not have any anxiety about my next visit for a cleaning. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who has reservations about going to the dentist.

I went for my 6 month cleaning and examination. Lisa is always great. Very professional and skilled when working with my teeth and gums. Dr Friesland came in and examined me and as always very personable and professional. I have gone to see him before and he is always helpful and not in a rush to do work or anything he does not feel is necessary.

I got a tooth extracted and it was a positive experience. I was very nervous but the doctor was gentle and eased my fears. I would highly recommend him for any dental needs. The office staff was very polite and kind too.

I had a great visit after several bad experiences in Miami. I was brought right in, early for my appointment, the staff at the front desk were warm and inviting, my dental hygienist was kind and knowledgeable, and my dentist Dr. Friedland was down to earth and relatable. I wish to commend Dr. Friedland and the staff, Odie & Lisa for their welcoming service. As it is often said, ‘first impression is a lasting impression.’. This was my first time back to the dentist under the new management of Dr. Friedland after being a longtime client of Dr. Ben, however, I was not disappointed the least. Odie was so helpful and available to me in completing my readmission health forms. And, even behind my mask, Lisa recognized me as a returning client. That was reassuring because when it comes to my dentistry services, I get unconscious anxiety and need psychological therapy to calm me (smile). In other words, I become a ‘big toddler.’. This was not the case. Lisa kept me informed as she professionally went about completing my service in preparation for Dr. Friedland’s oral exam. All in all, the service was stellar! Very impressed with the cleanliness and the safety precautions due to COVID. The staff from the front desk and assistants were very courteous and pleasant to deal with from the appointment process to my actual treatment. The office and equipment seemed very modern, unlike my previous dentist. Dr. Friedland took the time to explain my treatment options and follow-up process. I HATE/LOATHE/DESPISE going to the dentist. Honestly, I am an anxious mess and avoid them at all costs. In October, I had a tooth ache that raged out of control - so I caved and went to the dentist. That dentist charged me $150 and said “you need a root canal but I don’t do them.” Thankfully, I found Dr. Friedland. This office is phenomenal! They are helpful, caring & extremely patient (even with a scaredy-cat like me). Dr. Friedland and his team calmed my nerves and for the first time ever I didn’t cry at the dentist (this is HUGE). I just got fitted for my crown and wasn’t one bit anxious prior to my appointment - this is all thanks to Dr. Friedland & his fantastic team at Friedland Family Dentistry!
