This is the biggest and best bashas I have ever been to. They have everything a normal grocery store has, plus a Starbucks and food court inside.

Very clean, great sale prices, amazing staff. The manager is always walking through the store. The staff is always busy stocking shelves and checking on the customers. They are so friendly and lovely here!! Truly great team running this location. 👏🙂🙌♥️👌

I went to the Bakery to buy Puff Pastry. I ask the girl, if the pastry has real whip cream in it. She insured me it is real cream. Got home to eat it. Not even close to real whip cream. I guess, she has no clue what real and fake is. The same with the deli. I wanted to buy 8 pc. Chicken. Well, I was told 30 min. I came back after 30 min. Just to see there was still no chicken and to hear the same girl telling someone else, 30 min. What for people are working there. The store manager has no clue or dont care what this employees are up to. If this workers are so unhappy working there, why not leave. All I hear when I go there is,, the cashier complains about the way they get treated as a worker. The deli is the worst about this

I love Bashas as a home town grocery store serving Arizona for many, many years. The food is good quality and they have great meats.

Saw (and smelled) spoiled salmon in the meat and seafood deli area. Customers are more unpleasant than walmarts. Employees arent very existent or pleasent except for a youngish man, consistently. Prices are high

We lived in Arizona for years and we were excited to see a bashas still existed.However when we went in it smelled of fish and just not very clean.

I just went here to get a coffee in the inbuilt Starbucks. Kind of disappointing frankly, but the server was very nice.

I enjoy shopping at the spashes. Its clean and not overcrowded most of the time. the staff treats the customers very nicely.

The older worker in the deli around 5:30pm on 9/17/21 was EXTREMELY rude to us before we even spoke a word! I asked him what burritos were there (because there was no sign on the customer side) he said he wasnt sure, then proceeded to slam a burrito on the counter and cut it open and offered it to me. Seriously? Id rather take my chances at Del Taco with a high school teenager cooking.

I came here quickly to grab a bag of grapes which were on sale. Good selection of produce and products, and grapes were fresh. Checkout lines were fast, although Im surprised this chain of grocery stores dont have self-checkout yet.

It was recently updated and its very nice inside! The staff is all very friendly and the new manager, Peggy, is so helpful and does a great job running that store! Theres a Starbucks inside and all the baristas are so nice and they make the best drinks! And they sell pastries and breakfast sandwiches all day

Stopped in on the way to New Mexico to pickup items that I have had trouble finding in Albuquerque. Chicago Dogs in the deli and French Market Coffee. Great stop.

I havent visited a Bashas in over 2 years since moving to colorado. Stop there to recharge and decided to buy a few things at bashas for a snack. I forgot about the wide variety of foods they had to offer. Plus what I like about this Bashes is that the aisles were wider than what I remember.There was a small line of people at the deli waiting to get food which is assigned to me that theyre chicken and other offerings must be really good. I like it that they have soup available again and they offer it up in a nice safe covid way.

Clean pleasant friendly

I ordered a green safari cake for my baby shower with safari animals on top instead I get a blue birthday cake with a number 1 and balloons on it. I don’t know how they can mess up so much on a cake. The lady wrote everything right on the paper but came out all wrong!! My husband and I were very upset we just threw on our own safari animals on the cake because it was to late to have it redone! We will never order another cake from the Payson bakery ever again!! The whole thing was just ridiculous!! We got half our money back for it but it just sucks that the cake was all wrong!!

My husband and I went to the deli. We ordered sandwiches. We got home. Unwrapped them to find live bugs crawling in them. About a week ago our father bought some chicken from the meat department. Got home. Opened it to smell bad meat. Just horrific. Management was very nonchalant, like it was no big deal.

Not as good as Bashas stores in the valley.The Camp Verde store is much better.

They are always awesome in there. I always go to my favorite cashier Diana I dont care if I have to wait behind 10 people she is the best!! Always happy and has something nice to say!!

Next to Food City in Phoenix, this is the worst grocery store Ive ever been to. Very smelly! Its like its mopped with rancid old water. The meat departments meat smells. Yes, you can smell it through the package. Disgusting store.

Made a 6:30 am trip to Bashas this morning. Entrance sign says masks must be worn. Woman in bakery came around front of counter coughing and wearing mask around neck, not on mouth or nose. Another female employee was carting large cardboard boxes - no mask in site. Only one check out open. Male cashier wearing mask around mouth only. (For someone who is in close contact with hundreds of customers daily - one would think Bashas would at least have cashiers were a mask.) Wont be back to this store.

They need to make it brighter in the store!!

The deli was very rude. Trying to get someone to help, then very very rude. Bad day I guess because same problem with the bakery. I guess their oven was down but very very very rude. Asked for cinnamon rolls and they said does it look like we have any.

We shop here often as the prices are reasonable, especially their sales and the quality is excellent.

It was filthy. Bathrooms were dirty. The paper towels were laying on the floor. Not sanitary at all. The person at deli had his mask down past his nose. Needs ATTENTION BADLY.

When Frys and Walmart were gouging us during the pandemic, Bashas was the only one who kept their prices, insisted on masks, limited amounts so that more product was available to more people. I have never been a Bashas fan until now.

Great grocery store, love shopping here, they make a most delicious bread ever, people working here are very polite and friendly, store is clean and well setup, great selection of groceries and other stuff, very easy in and out of parking lot, over all its good. Stop by and check it out for yourself.

I loved everything about the store. People were nice, their doughnuts were amazing but... the men’s bathroom... the only I can describe the scent of it was it smelled like a bad child hood memory. So bad that everything for the nexts 36 hours smelled of that bathroom. Other than that the store was great! Just don’t go in the men’s bathroom.

Way to step it up Bashas. This Payson Az location closes at ten which I said to the clerk had to suck seeing how most if not all other similar establishments and yes even the jumbo monster ones close at 8-8:30 pm. but it was nice to see that the world wasnt giving up and tgat Bashas was trying to maintain some normalcy. So yes great produce, meats, and really everything you need. Thank you again and make sure if you stop by be sure to do the same bc the world doesnt end at 8pm.

Friendly neighborhood grocery store. Good selection of fresh produce, and a butcher to assist with your meat selections. Fresh bakery and deli are a plus. Shop here when we are in town.
