Beautiful place to escape the city. The main camp ground next to the creek has been privatized so you can’t camp there anymore but you can camp on either side of the road leading up to the main camp ground. Be Aware that 4 days ago they implemented NO FIRES. There is great fishing on the creek for trout.

Nice little gem hidden away

Nice spot. This is great for a day trip and fishing. There is no overnight camping allowed at this location. This is a somewhat recent change and is clearing posted. We have seen rangers and tickets are being written.

This place is amazing, on the edge of hells gate wilderness.

Lovely area remote but not too far from freeway

Nice and cool. Lots of trees. Water running over road fun.

Primative camp site but if you want an off the grid camp location for a tent or RV this is a great one in the spring and early summer to beat the heat.

Nice spot up North on Tonto Creek. Fishing potential. Far enough away to relax for a couple days.
