I went to OCLI after been cancelled TWICE by one of the doctors at Sight MD for a procedure that needed to be done in a timely manner.Dr. Adam and his staff immediately made me feel that I was in good hands.In one month, my vision has improved and I’m on on the path to getting better vision in my left eye. Dr. Chastity Singleton delivers absolutely impeccable care. She has a wonderful bedside manner and she explains the condition of your eyes in a thorough yet easy to follow manner. The nurses, techs, and clerical staff are fabulous and courteous. I could not imagine going anywhere else to care for my vision and to keep my eyes healthy.

Doctor Singleton and her staff are all professional, competent and caring. There’s an genuine comradery between the Doctor and her staff. The staff makes you feel comfortable and treat you with respect by keeping you abreast with every step of your office visit.

Hands down from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, its a pleasure. If only other places would model themselves afterOCLI ( Patchogue location). Dr. Singleton 10 plus stars across the board on all levels and her staff the same. Everyone is Kind, informative, helpful and care/concern is real. They take the time needed to attend to your needs while making sure not to neglect others. This review is based on 3 visits at different times, one for my Hunny, Myself and My son. Each of us got the attention needed for our issues. I never got a survey link otherwise I would have jumped to talk them up, its well deserved and beyond. The office is clean and neat, sanitized as well. I wish I could give them more stars. It was an absolute pleasure visiting OCLI. Thank you for making the medical industry look good. Ive been going to OCLI for years and love them. Yesterday I had an emergency and was in the building with another MD. She recommended an appointment with them ASAP. it was already 3:40..when I called. They told me to come up right then and took me in for an appointment. I was so grateful. The Drs there are wonderful. I see Dr Sjngleton in Patchogue office. As well as Dr Whitpen when needed. I highly recommend this group of Drs.

Such a terrific doctor. Every part of the eye procedures are addressed. Followups are always clearly explained. The care from her colleagues involved is wonderful.

This was my first visit to this office. The staff was efficient and very pleasant. The office was immaculate. They were very thorough with all the different parts of the exam. I was not rushed through the exam and all my questions were answered. I highly recommend this practice.

The visits were very good. The Dr was very professional.

My 1st and last time there. I arrived to my appointment, I was immediately taken to the back, my eyes were dilated and I was then asked to have a seat in a waiting area, where after 1/2 hr, I asked if they forgot about me. I was told the Dr had an emergency, and they didn’t know the wait time, I was not offered to rescheduled, but not to mention my eyes were already dilated.. My total time at my appointment was 3 hrs. I will never go back.
