Dont even waste your time and go somewhere else. So UNPROFESSIONAL, This is the second time they cancel my appointment and its a wait of weeks to months for a next availability. I work in a surgeons office, I am office manager and ill be dammed if I left such a nasty impression on my patients which thats a never since we are dedicated in giving a great care .

Omg I love this dentist so much! He was so kind to me couple of years ago I went there. I could have sworn they closed but theyre still there! He did my tooth extraction beautifully! No pain at all. Unlike the other place in Hawthorne I heard about that does tooth extractions. Dont go anywhere else. This dentist is amazing! Plus everyone is nice there too!

Dr Castillo is wonderful! Hes patient& explains everything thoroughly. He pulled my tooth quickly with No pain!!! I highly reccomend him.

DR, CASTILLO was awful. Did not listened. Heard you but did not listen and proceeded to say: This is what I BELIEVE IS BEST OR LOOKS BEST FOR YOU. FORGET ABOUT ALL THOSE NICE SMILES PHOTOS AT THE OFFICE, I CAME OUT OF THER LOOKING LIKE A DONKEY. BUT THEY SURELY HAD MY MONIES WAY WAY BEFORE MY WORK WAS (SUPPOSEDLY) FINISHED. *** HAD HE WANTED A DONATION, I WOULDVE GLADLY GIVEN IT. *** A TOTAL WASTED OF $4K BUT HE SURELY HAD 2 VACATIONS WHILE I WAS A PATIENT. SO SO SSAADD

My experience as a patient is always pleasant and professional friendly staff. I leave there feeling happy and received the best service zi can as a patient. Dr. Castillo always goes put of his way to achieve the best result for a happy smile.

This is one of the most horrible place i have ever see one of the thing i did not like was the staff the have really bad attitude to the patients as a costumer i was planing to get my dental check up but i saw the office busy so i decide to make an a appointment for another day but the girl of the from desk told me to wait so i did but it took her 20 minutes to tell me that i cant be see on Saturdays so i ask her went cant you give me an appointment she said April 3 at 3 clock but i toll her you have something more late for that then she just turn around to talk about chocolate with her coworker so wait 10 more minutes for her answer she just put a business card on the desk and she said just call next week so i decide to walk out the place and never comeback.

I am a patient of Dr Castillo and I like the professional way in which they treat their patients, today I came because 2 of my lower teeth had broken off and I could not wait for the response of my insurance and although I was able to enter a payment plan The Dr was able to attend me and begin my treatment that speaks very well. The best of all is that I am happy and I was able to solve my problem. You know that a beautiful smile is priceless and more so if it is with a dentist like Dr Castillo, I recommend them. Thank you Jacqueline the office manager for being able to put me on the e schedule and see me as an emergency.I recommend this practice and Dr Castillo they are very professional and friendly staff they took care of my dental emergency and I’m very happy that he was able to take care of me and make my smile beautiful and confident.
