I have been calling my local office in Gulfport, the main office in Jackson, and the after hours number and have been on hold for 3 and 4 hours. I was locked out of my account, and couldn’t do anything for more than a month. Something told me to look for ANY other office to try. I decided to try the Pascagola office and on the first call, 2nd ring, a woman answered and immediately helped me. I can not say enough about this office! They were WONDERFUL! Thank you!

I ha e drawn unemployment twice in my life. Things change with time. Get ready because it is a government mess.

Nice people very helpful on finding jobs but they dont help you with unemployment claims you have to do it on line at home all in all its a good place I give it 5 stars
