Just because your in a medical place packed full of people wearing mask doesnt make it any safer. This is crazy ive been here since they opened and still havent done my urinalysis. 3 hrs just to pee in a cup like i dont have other responsibilities to take care of today. Want to catch covid come here

The waiting period is ridiculous. The staff is friendly.Once you get back its fairly quick.

I have been going years for my annual company physical and today was by far the best experience because of Cheryl. She was the best nurse I have had to go through the process with. Awesome at her job and very knowledgeable. Hope she is around for a long time.

Just had my yearly physical, the whole process was quick(as it could be) and easy. The lead tech Amber did an excellent job. She was very friendly and made a 2 hour process feel like 15 minutes

Garbage location.They kept waiting for an hour just to tell me that they couldnt provide services. Incompetent staff that are slow and lazy.

Not very organized. They should of at least give you an drug screen as soon as you walk in so you don’t have to hold it for an hour or longer.

The staff are very unprofessional and rude. I had a horrible experience at this place. For immigration medical exam dont go to this place . go to somewhere else where you will be treated the same regardless of color of your skin or where you come from. The doctor was nice .but one of the staff had the nerve to tell me she will not give me the medical exam forms back I need to prove that I can speak English. As if she was speaking different language to me. Sad sad

Ive been here several times, the staff is always friendly. The wait time is much faster than the Mobile office. They make everything about as pleasant as occupational health care needs can be. 5️⃣⭐s

It was quick to make the check-in, the procedure and were knowledgeable about what they had to do.Only cons is that they must work a bit more on the conversation patient - professional, to express a nice aura and not grumpy gestures and tone.

The people up front were fast, clear and very receptive to me as a new patient. Thank you very much for the great service

Normally i have a really great experience when i come here for my military and police physicals. This year, the customer service was HORRIBLE. The front desk clerk, Kaley, was really nasty from the moment I walked in the door. Telling me your appointment was on the 20th. I said “Yes ma’am. I know..” Then she stated, “Well, today is the 26th”. I replied, “Yes ma’am.. I am aware of my days of the week.” I explained that the last time I came they said the days didn’t matter because they don’t take appointments and this was basically a walk-in clinic, but for whatever reason she was still being extremely rude. She was rolling her eyes and turning up her lips when asked about a military and police form that needed to completed. And then had the nerve to talk about me out loud to another coworker. I explained to her unprofessional self, that if she was going to talk about a customer she could at least close the window. And that she was being extremely unprofessional and it was down right aggravating... If i wasn’t the only black person in the building (which is probably why she was being rude to me), in the military, and a police officer, i would not have been as polite as i was when addressing her being sarcastic, unprofessional, and flat out nasty. You guys have failed with this employee... Everyone else was just as pleasant as usual.

Here for a urine drug screen for a new employer with only two people ahead of me. Took over an hour. That’s pretty ridiculous.

The lack of professionalism of the employees that are supposed to do the check in, the check out and give us the information need it and is uncredible bad, I suggest that they train the employees better so they can learn some human relations.
